摘要： System, method, and device for fabricating a capsule are provided. A gripping apparatus includes a rotary actuator and a rotary linkage disposed about a periphery of the rotary actuator. A plurality of intermediate linkages is coupled to the rotary linkage. Each intermediate linkage includes an input end portion coupled to the rotary linkage, an output end portion disposed below the input end portion, and a jaw disposed on the output end portion. The gripping apparatus includes a plurality of compliance linkages. Each compliance linkage includes a first end portion coupled to either the output end portion or the jaw of a respective intermediate linkage, and a second end portion substantially orthogonal to the respective intermediate linkage.

摘要： A system to automate the filling of electronic vape cartridges with viscous liquid. The system includes an enclosure sealed with removable panels for maintenance access, compartments to interface cartridges and liquids with the internal mechanisms, and an external human machine interface. The internal mechanisms utilize thermally insulative annular nozzles and a thermal control system to diminish the internal friction of the liquid to facilitate consistent transfer of liquid between a reservoir, heated by a heated bed, syringe assembly, comprising a heating element along a raceway, and empty cartridges inserted into the system. This system is capable of filling approximately 100 cartridges per minute, and may interface with cartridges of various configurations and formulations of varying composition and characteristics.

The chute includes a plurality of tracks, each track corresponding to one of the cassettes supported on the dispensing area. The packaging unit includes a receptacle supported by the packaging equipment between the chute and a feed stock roll. The plurality of tracks converge to direct the pharmaceuticals that are dispensed from the cassettes into the receptacle and the receptacle directs the pharmaceuticals received from the plurality of tracks as a group into the pouches formed by the feed stock roll.

A paste discharge pipe is disposed in the liquid outlet through hole, so that a quantity of color pastes adhered to a paste discharge outlet of the paste discharge pipe can be effectively reduced.
