摘要: A stack of products such as pouches are formed in a product bucket, pushed into a stack guide bucket and from there into a carton. A stack tamp descends over the stack, engages and confines it downwardly during stack pushing from product bucket and through stack guide bucket into a carton. Multiple product buckets, stack guide buckets and cartons move downstream during cartoning, and are respectively aligned in a cartoning station. Reciprocal containment blades hold the stack in respective cartons prior to flap closing.

摘要: A box packing apparatus includes a transport unit configured to transport a group of articles arranged in a state in which at least some of the articles overlap with each other to a predetermined position, a holding unit configured to hold a cardboard box having an opening with long sides and short sides, and a transfer unit configured to transfer the group of articles from the predetermined position into the cardboard box. The holding unit can hold the cardboard box in a first posture in which the long side is located downward and the opening is directed laterally. The transfer unit transfers the group of articles in a state in which rows of the group of articles are arranged in a row along the long side of the cardboard box.

摘要: An apparatus for packaging of loose product includes a loading station, a box forming station and an uploading station. The loading station includes moveable chutes in spaced apart relation. Each chute has an open top, an open upstream end, and an open downstream end. The open top is configured to receive loose product while moving along a first feed path. The box forming station is operable to partially erect boxes in spaced apart relation with first and second open sides and align the first open side of each box with the downstream end of a corresponding chute while moving along a second feed path. The unloading station includes a stationary vacuum head in communication with the second open side of each box. The vacuum head provides a continuous vacuum source along the second feed path operable to move loose product from the chute into the boxes.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for automatically creasing a folded box having inserted packaged goods, wherein the side walls of the folded box are creased by means of a creasing station which comprises a creasing tool having a rotatably mounted creasing roller for creasing a planar workpiece and a rotatably mounted counter-pressure roller which are retained at one end on a common support, wherein the distance between the two rollers can be varied, wherein the creasing tool is fastened to a movement system for three-dimensional displaceability, and wherein the following steps are carried out: a) providing the folded box, which is open at the top in the vertical direction and has inserted packaged goods; b) determining the dimensions of the folded box and the filling height of the packaged goods; c) creasing the side walls of the folded box, a first side wall being creased at a first creasing height associated with the filling height determined in step b). The counter-pressure roller is mounted parallel to the creasing roller; the counter-pressure roller and the creasing roller can be displaced relative to one another in order to set a distance from one another; and, during the creasing process, when the creasing tool reaches a vertical edge of the folded box, the roller located outside the folded box is pivoted through 90° about the roller located inside the folded box, the distance between the creasing roller and the counter-pressure roller being changed.

摘要: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a box sealer including a first box measurer including a top flap engager configured to move downwardly from a disengaged position above a box at a box measuring position to an engaged position in which the top flap engager engages one or more of the four upright open top flaps of the box. The amount of movement of the top flap engager is partially used to determine the height of the box. The determined height is then used to position a combined flap closer and flap sealer at an appropriate position.
