摘要: Systems and methods include an assembly for a label wrapper to adhere a label to an elongated object, such as a wire. The assembly includes a support structure defining a receiving space. One or more resilient members are positioned within the receiving space and define one or more channels. One or more flexible sheets are disposed over the resilient members and within the channels. The first and second flexible sheets may provide a substantially uniform pressure on the label being applied to the wire regardless of the size of the wire and the label. In some instances, the label is configured to fold around the wire and have first and second opposing end segments that couple with one another remotely from the wire thereby forming a flag label.

摘要: Included are a first roller disposed upstream of a peeling unit, a second roller disposed downstream of the peeling unit, a first motor configured to drive the first roller, a second motor configured to drive the second roller, and a control unit. The control unit includes a first-motor control unit configured to adjust a first voltage applied to the first motor on the basis of information about a transport velocity and a transport acceleration of the label sheet, such that a load torque of the first motor is a target torque, and also includes a second-motor control unit configured to perform feedback control of a second voltage applied to the second motor on the basis of information about a transport velocity of a base sheet, such that the transport velocity of the base sheet is a target transport velocity.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating a labelling system which comprises a labelling device (1) having a feed assembly (2), a dispensing assembly (4) and an application assembly (6); wherein at least one of these functional units comprises a sensor assembly (8, 9, 10); wherein, in a labelling routine, a control assembly (11) activates the functional units in order to carry out the labelling process; wherein, in a monitoring routine, a monitoring assembly (12) captures the sensor data detected by the sensor assemblies (8, 9, 10), which data correspond to a sensor capture density specified for the corresponding functional unit; wherein the labelling system comprises a user interface (13). According to the invention, in a user-query routine, a user is prompted by the user interface (13) to input a state relating to a functional aspect of the labelling system, and the input state is transmitted to the monitoring assembly (12), which compares the input state with a specified state and, in the event of deviation, executes an internal response routine in which a sensor capture density, which is changed with respect to the previous sensor capture density, of at least one functional unit is specified; and, following the user query routine, the labelling routine and the monitoring routine are executed using the changed sensor capture density specified from the user query routine.

摘要: An adhesive label application system is disclosed. The adhesive label application system may detect that a label has been received within an adhesive application zone of a robotic device. The adhesive label application system may remove, via a first mechanism, a portion of the label from the adhesive application zone. The adhesive label application system may convey, via a second mechanism, an adhesive, of an adhesive-carrying tape, to the adhesive application zone. The adhesive label application system may position, via the first mechanism, the portion of the label within the adhesive application zone after the adhesive is positioned within the adhesive application zone. The adhesive label application system may press, via a third mechanism, the portion of the label to the adhesive to apply the adhesive to the label. The adhesive label application system may configure the label to be adhered to a receiving surface via the adhesive.
