    Abstract: A method of transporting one or more frozen food compositions can include providing a first container; dispensing at least one comestible ingredient into the first container, the dispensing of the at least one comestible ingredient into the first container is performed at a first location; positioning a first lid on the first container containing the at least one comestible ingredient; freezing the first container with the first lid thereon and the at least one comestible ingredient therein to form a first frozen food composition in the first container; attaching a first jacket to at least one of (a) the first container with the first frozen food composition therein or (b) the first lid on the first container with the first frozen food composition therein; and transporting the first frozen food composition to a second location by transporting the first container in the first jacket to the second location.

    Abstract: Vacuum insulated storage containers storage containers are provided. In some embodiments, an insulating container is provided comprising: a receptacle that comprises (i) an inner receptacle, (ii) a rounded outer receptacle, and (iii) a first gasket, wherein the rounded outer receptacle has a peanut-shaped cross-sectional area, wherein the first gasket is configured to form a first seal between the inner receptacle and the rounded outer receptacle, wherein a first independent compartment, a second independent compartment, and a third independent compartment are formed in the inner receptacle, wherein the first independent compartment, the second independent compartment, and the third independent compartment are configured to each store food items having varying temperatures, wherein an area of the first compartment is approximately equivalent to a combined area of the second independent compartment and the third independent compartment, and wherein a vacuum cavity is formed between an outer wall of the inner receptacle and an inner wall of the rounded outer receptacle; a lid structure that comprises an inner lid portion, a rounded outer lid portion, and a second gasket configured to form a second seal between the inner lid portion and the rounded outer lid portion, wherein a cavity is formed between an outer wall of the inner lid portion and an inner wall of the rounded outer lid portion, wherein a bottom surface of the inner lid portion includes a plurality of protrusions that correspond with each of the first independent compartment, the second independent compartment, and the third independent compartment, and wherein a cross-sectional area of the rounded outer lid portion is peanut-shaped; and a plurality of latches that are each connected to a protrusion on the lid structure, wherein each of the plurality of latches connected the lid structure to the receptacle.

    Abstract: A beverage container insulator comprises a generally cylindrical outer shell including an outer sidewall and an outer bottom wall spanning the outer sidewall. The beverage container insulator includes a generally cylindrical inner shell including an inner sidewall and an inner bottom wall spanning the inner sidewall. The inner shell is sized and shaped to nest inside the outer shell, forming an insulating cavity between the between the inner shell and the outer shell to slow heat transfer through the beverage container insulator. The inner sidewall and the inner bottom wall form a hollow interior sized and shaped for receiving a beverage container. The inner sidewall includes a multiplicity of protrusions extending inwardly into the hollow interior of the beverage container insulator for engaging the beverage container.

    Abstract: Product box for use in a shipping system for temperature-sensitive materials and shipping system including the product box. In one embodiment, the product box includes a front, a rear, a left side, and a right side. The upper edges of the front and the rear are higher than the upper edges of the left side and the right side. The box also includes upper flaps hingedly connected to the upper edges of each of the front, the rear, the left side, and the right side and further includes lower flaps hingedly connected to the lower edges of each of the front and the rear. When folded, the upper flaps of the front and the rear are spaced above the upper flaps of the left side and the right side, thereby forming an air gap. Wings at the upper edges of the four sides center the product box within a container.

A support wall supports the beverage vessels and has an aperture for facilitating passage of the beverage vessels to a dispensing member. The dispensing member has a recess sized to hold a beverage vessel and which is made accessible from outside the chamber when the dispensing member is moved to an extended position. The dispensing member also has a stopper which prevents beverage vessels from passing through the aperture when the dispensing member is in the extended position.

    Abstract: A beverage container includes a transparent cylindrical acrylic body sized to fit into a cup-holder of a vehicle, a transparent skin sized to encase a portion of an outer surface of the body, a transparent handle, a transparent lid sized to seal a chamber defined by the body, a transparent latch, and a transparent rubber or plastic cover sized to be placed onto the lid. The container is scannable by an x-ray machine or a metal detector for inspecting the container and the a beverage in the chamber, and permits a visual inspection of the liquid through the container. The latch permits the beverage to exit the lid through an orifice for the beverage to be consumed when the latch is open configuration. The orifice is sized to permit a straw to be inserted through the orifice to consume the beverage.
