Abstract:
A storage box includes a compartment having a base and opposed sidewalls extending from the base. Each sidewall of the opposed sidewalls includes two first retaining surfaces extend away from the base and along the sidewall where the first retaining surfaces are a first distance away from each other. Each sidewall includes two parallel second retaining surfaces extending away from the first retaining surfaces and along the sidewall. The second retaining surfaces are a second distance away from each other and the second distance is greater than the first distance. The storage box includes a rod, and support surfaces associated with each sidewall of the first pair of opposed sidewalls are configured to support the rod.
Abstract:
Methods, systems and apparatus for dynamically adjusting product use reporting schedules for dispensers to increase or decrease the frequency of such reports based on expected product use such as a date the dispenser is expected to be depleted.
Abstract:
Stock material units that may be used in a dunnage conversion machine. For example, stock material units include sheet material that may be fed into the dunnage conversion machine and may be converted thereby into dunnage. The stock material unit includes a continuous sheet of material including a tapered sheet section defined by a plurality of slanted folds and positioned adjacent to at least one face of the three-dimensional body, and a splice member. The splice member includes a base having a first side attached to a portion of the continuous sheet of foldable material that is positioned adjacent to the tapered sheet section and has an opposite, second side. The splice member also includes a connector that has a first portion non-removably attached to the tapered sheet section and a second portion removably attached to at least a portion of the second side of the base.
Abstract:
The carton-less yarn bobbin package includes at least one row of yarn bobbins having a bottom layer and at least one top layer of yarn bobbins located and centered in position and tightly packed in a protective, disassemblable, durable, mechanically strong, rigid and cushioning packing unit.
Abstract:
A combination key chain and tape dispenser is provided. The tape dispenser includes a cylindrical housing having first portion hingedly connected to a second portion defining an interior volume therebetween. The interior volume comprises a plurality of compartments configured to receive a roll of tape, wherein each compartment is separated by a partition. The first portion comprises an aperture adapted to receive an elongated strip of tape therethrough. The second portion comprises a serrated edge adapted to cut the tape. Tape can be fed through the aperture, secured over a gap between a stall door and an adjacent partition panel to ensure privacy and security in the restroom, and severed from the device using the serrated edge. A keyring attachment is secured to the second portion thereby allowing the user to attach the device to or remove the device from an article for easy transportation and use.
Abstract:
A bandage strip includes a plurality of flat adhesive bandage packages of conventional configuration, having sealed therein an adhesive bandage comprising a pad and an adhesive substrate for adhering to a patient and holding the pad in place on the patient's skin. The packages are adhered to an elongated substrate in end-to-end, spaced relation to form a flat, elongated bandage strip, with perforations in the substrate between the packages. A user can dispense a length of substrate, sever it at the perforations, and remove the bandage from the substrate for use in the conventional manner. In another embodiment, a flat adhesive bandage strip comprises an elongated substrate with at least one continuous strip of absorbent material on one side extending in the elongated dimension of the substrate and an adhesive portion adjacent each outside elongated edge of the substrate, with a release liner adhered to the adhesive portion and covering the pad. In this embodiment a user can cut off a desired length of bandage that is most suited to the application at hand. A bandage dispensing device is attachable to the wrist of a user for convenient dispensing of bandages from a strip of individually packaged bandages.
Abstract:
A cylindrical tube for dispensing wrap material, comprising an outer surface having a flat portion, the flat portion for resting on a surface; an inside diameter sized for receiving the wrap material; a cut-out in the cylindrical tube for exposing an end of the wrap material; and a groove formed in an outer surface of the cylindrical tube.
Abstract:
The invention provides a container and mounting bracket assembly. The container, which may be oval in shape, attaches to a mounting bracket assembly through an interlock feature. The interlock feature includes a recess on the container and a mating portion of the mounting bracket that engages the recess.
Abstract:
A packaged construction material includes a housing, a roll of construction material such as a roll of building wall sheathing fabric located within the housing and a hanging device engaged with the housing for hanging the packaged construction material on the belt or other article of clothing worn by a construction worker or on a scaffolding or other support structure. A kit including the packaged rolled construction material and a sufficient amount of fluid membrane to be used on combination with the rolled construction material to impart a secondary weather barrier to a building wall substrate is also provided.
Abstract:
The invention includes a three dimensional periodic table of the chemical elements and a method of learning about the periodic nature of the elements. Included are several cardboard or paper sheets, each having a plurality of blocks that display information about particular elements. The blocks are arranged in groupings of elements with similar properties, such as the transition Earth metals. Students follow a set of instructions provided with the sheets to cut out the groups, fold along particular lines, and affix tabs together to assemble several three dimensional forms. The students then place the forms on a planar map that indicates where to place each form and indicates how to follow the periods of elements between the forms.
