    摘要: A conveying system for shock-sensitive items, in particular eggs, comprises a plurality of conveying devices in which the items are transferred from one conveying device to another. More particularly, the items are transferred from a conveying device oriented in a substantially horizontal direction to an adjacent conveying device oriented in a substantially vertical direction, without the risk of being damaged. The advancing movement of the conveying device having a substantially horizontal orientation is not movement at constant speed but, on the contrary, it is a movement at variable speed, sometimes accelerated and sometimes decelerated, and the transfer of the conveyed item from the conveying device to the conveying device having a substantially vertical orientation takes place when the advancement speed of the conveying device having a substantially horizontal orientation is at its minimum value.

    摘要: A system for supplying power to a trolley chain. The system includes: a trolley chain, consisting of at least two trollies coupled with one another, wherein the trolley chain has a closed bus; and a stationary energy conductor along the track of the trolley chain. The stationary energy conductor consists of one or more successive segments, which are spaced apart from each other. The closed bus has several transmission heads, which are designed to supply the closed bus with electricity from the stationary energy conductor without contacting the stationary energy conductor, if they are within a pre-determined distance to the stationary energy conductor. During a journey of the trolley chain along the track, at each moment in time, at least one of the transmission heads supplies the closed bus with electricity from the stationary energy conductor.

    摘要: An endless dough conveyor 16 is provided with a resin endless toothed belt 18 instead of a metal chain. A toothed pulley 22 around which the endless toothed belt is wound is also made of resin. A rail 64 is disposed adjacent to a horizontal path of the belt, and a roller 46 attached to the belt is adapted to roll on the rail. At least two induction motors are provided for driving the endless toothed belt. The induction motors are supplied with electric power from a single inverter 35. At least a pulley is provided with a detecting unit 80. The detecting unit 80 detects a state in which teeth of the endless toothed belt climb onto that of the pulley, thereby predicting breakage of the belt. Thus, it is possible to prevent contamination of dough in a proofer.

    摘要: A method for changing the direction of motion of a pallet moving on wheels at an end of a travelator. The method comprises moving the pallet in a traveling direction at a first level, positioning a supporting element in alignment to receive a wheel of the pallet using a positioning device, positively guiding a trailing end of the pallet from the first level to a second level different than the first level by supporting the wheel of the pallet with the supporting element, and moving the pallet in a return direction at the second level. The pallet maintains a substantially constant orientation during the change of direction of motion.
