摘要： The technology disclosed provides a joint for connecting carrier units together so as to dissipate and absorb axial forces experienced by the carrier units. The joint may be comprised of a joint housing and an elastomeric insert. The housing may be comprised of a body portion and a head portion and the head portion may include an annular flange in which the elastomeric insert is configured to be secured. The elastomeric joint is capable of absorbing and dissipating horizontal, rotational, and vertical forces experienced by the carrier units in non-linear travel along a track.

摘要： A center drive module for use with a carousel conveyor that includes a continuous loop conveyor chain. The drive module includes a drive motor that rotates one or more sprocket wheels that each engage drive lugs formed on the bottom surface the conveyor chain to move the conveyor chain along the support frame. The drive module includes a pair of guide rollers positioned on opposite sides of the sprocket wheel. The guide rollers engage the conveyor chain and rotate upon the movement of the conveyor chain. Each of the guide wheels resists vertical movement of the conveyor chain caused by the rotating sprocket wheels.

摘要： A system is disclosed for loading at least one item into each of a plurality of containers. The system includes a plurality of buckets, each configured for supporting at least one container. The system also has a conveyor interconnected to each of the buckets. The conveyor has a conveyor axis of rotation that is oriented at an acute conveyor angle to a horizontal plane. The buckets are oriented relative to the conveyor axis of rotation by a wedge angle. The buckets move in series around the axis of rotation from a first path portion to a second path portion. An inner surface of the container is oriented generally in or parallel to the horizontal plane when the buckets are moved along the first path portion and the inner surface is oriented at an angle to the horizontal plane that is of an amount that is twice the wedge angle when the buckets are moved along the second path portion.

The circular link chain is guided and carried by a traveling lane (1). The lower portion of the traveling lane is closed using a substantially U-shaped receiver (9). The chain driving section and the chain driven section are movable in accordance with a manual operation. The link chain is loosened, and thereby, the traveling lane (1) is securely cleaned.

First rollers (37) are mounted on pins (33) to ride between guide walls (38 and 39) and are engaged by a drive sprocket (12) to move the pallets through a number of work stations (16 to 19). Additional horizontal rollers (63, 71 and 72) are rotatably mounted on the pallets (14) to ride on one of the guide walls (30) and a third guide wall (74). A crowder pin device (81,82) is operated to engage a pallet at a work station to thrust the pallet rollers (37) against the wall (38) to fixedly position the pallet at the work station. Further precise positioning is attained by moving a tapered shot pin (84) into a hole (87) formed in the positioned pallet.

摘要： A circulative table particularly suitable for use in selfservice catering business. The circulative catering table includes a base frame structure having inner and outer side walls defining therebetween an endless circular path of travel. A circular fixed fringe table is mounted horizontally around the circumference of the outer side wall of the base frame structure. An endless conveyer is mounted in the circular path of travel of the base structure for transferring circulatively therealong meals or dishes for selection by customers who are standing or sitting on chairs in front of the fixed fringe table. The meals or dishes are transferred individually in open-sided box-like compartments which are fixed in a series on the endless conveyer. The circulative catering table further includes a cover plate and a number of sterilizing lamps mounted overhead the endless conveyer for maintaining the served meals or dishes suitably in a sanitary state free from dusts, putrefaction and the like.

摘要： A conveyor system adapted to move soiled ware in an orbital path and through a series of pre-wash, wash and rinse sections. A plurality of conveyor sections having means for holding the soiled ware are pivotally connected together at their inner ends to form a continuous series. The conveyor sections have roller means at their inner and outer ends which are in rolling engagement, respectively, with inner and outer orbital tracks formed on a horizontal platform. A drive assembly uses an endless series of spaced apart drive members which move in a closed loop path that has a portion coinciding with a portion of the path for the inner ends of conveyor sections. The drive members are spaced apart so that only one drive member is in driving engagement with the conveyor sections at any one instance of time.
