Locating each portable container onto the portable support structure couples a transfer member on each portable container to a vibration device on the support structure. Vibration energy is transferred from vibration device to the portable container via the transfer member. The material dispensing system is configured to route the wet bulk material from the portable container to a blender hopper via a material routing path in response to activating the vibration device.

摘要: A fill under tarp for grain and center tower skirt are disclosed. A tarp body has a plurality of tarp sections and a tarp section seam disposed between each adjoining tarp section. A yoke has a center, an inner terminal edge defining a yoke opening and an outer terminal edge. The yoke is disposed generally in the center of the tarp body and configured for strengthening the tarp body. A center tower skirt has a plurality of skirt sections with opposing section edges disposed between opposing upper and lower terminal edges. The lower terminal edges define a center tower skirt opening coincident with the yoke opening configured to receive grain for storing underneath the fill under tarp. At least one of the section edges of each center tower skirt section includes a flared and/or flap portions to prevent grain leakage.

摘要: A storage module is provided for an organic material handling system. The storage module has a levelling component for levelling out the organic material stored therein, and a removal component for discharging the organic material. A modular system and method is described for improving the receiving, processing, storing, and transloading of bulk materials such as organic waste. A system includes at least a receiving module to receive material, a storage module, a discharge module, and a control system. Systems can be adapted with additional modules, such as processing modules and transfer modules, depending on the site and materials to be handled. A control system interfaces with the modular components and local operators, and provides remote reporting and monitoring.

The fill under has a tarp body with a plurality of tarp sections having an inner edge extending to a terminal outer edge defining an outer perimeter. A tarp section seam is disposed between tarp sections. A yoke having a center and opposing inner and outer terminal edges is disposed generally in the center of the tarp body and configured for strengthening the tarp body. A corner of the outer terminal edge of the yoke is disposed coincident with the tarp section seam. A transition seam is disposed between the outer terminal edge of the yoke and inner edge of the tarp body. An opening in the yoke has an outer circumference coincident with the inner edge of the yoke so that the opening is configured to receive grain for storing underneath the fill under tarp.

摘要: A grain facility has a grain receiving station and a grain transport line with a grain elevator, a distributor with at least one input spout, and at least one grain bin. The grain transport line moves grain from the grain receiving station to one of the at least one grain bins and the distributor directs the grain to a selected bin of the at least one grain bin. The grain facility further includes an optical sensing system having at least one optical sensor positioned in the grain transport line at or before the distributor, wherein the optical sensing system senses the type of grain in the grain transport line. A control system determines if the grain passing through the grain transport line is suitable for the selected grain bin and produces an alarm if the grain in the grain transport line is not suitable for the selected grain bin.
