摘要: A gripper for a depalletization machine to grip an interlayer sheet of a load to be disassembled, comprising a frame; and a first and a second arm, which are movable with respect to frame. The arms are independently movable between respective retracted and forward positions with respect to frame. Retracted positions of the arms correspond to respective first distances between homologous points of respective arms and frame. Forward positions of the arms correspond to respective second distances between homologous points of first and second arms and frame. Second distances are greater than respective first distances. The gripper is settable in a first configuration, in which the arms are in a forward position and are adapted to grip respective sides of interlayer sheet; and a second configuration, in which only one arm is in respective forward position and is adapted to grip one side of interlayer sheet.

摘要: A method and an associated robot for retrieval of a target article from an article stack are disclosed. The article stack comprising the target article and a first non-target article being positioned on top of the target article, the target article being arranged in the article stack with a lower target article face being at a first vertical stack position. The method comprises: identifying the target article; positioning a platform having a platform surface in a first vertical platform position wherein the platform surface is at the first vertical stack position or below the first vertical stack position; repositioning the target article and the first non-target article in a first horizontal direction onto the platform; and repositioning the first non-target article opposite the first horizontal direction off the platform.

摘要: A filter moving device is disclosed that is designed to lift and move a filter cartridge stack comprised of individual filter cartridges. The filter cartridge stack, for instance, may comprise a plurality of disk-shaped filter cartridges. The filter moving device is designed to be placed over the stack. The device includes lifting elements that engage the stack for removing the stack from a filter assembly and/or installing the stack in a filter assembly.

摘要: An apparatus for separating battery plates includes a work surface for receiving a stack of battery plates, and an alignment mechanism for aligning the battery plates on the work surface. The work surface is movable between a first position in which it is angled with respect to a horizontal plane and a second position in which it is substantially aligned with the horizontal plane. When the work surface moves between the first and second position adjacent battery plates of the stack are displaced relative to each other.

摘要: A system for presenting isolated components to an assembly line over a plurality of cycles includes a container configured to direct components towards a central axis. An elongated pedestal within the container has ribs which define an upper surface and a plurality of channels. The pedestal is reciprocally mounted to move along the central axis, and isolates components during each cycle. The isolated components are transferred to an assembly line. The number of isolated components of each cycle is measured and the value stored. A threshold value is calculated based on a number of stored values. A running average of the quantity of isolated components for a number of cycles can then be compared to the threshold to determine when to refill the component container.
