摘要: An improved elevator pad assembly includes a plurality of closely spaced, flexible loops secured to the backside of a protective elevator pad, preferably within the upper margin near the top edge of the pad. In one embodiment, the loops are formed as part of a narrow mounting strip affixed to the back cover of the pad. Each loop lies hidden from view below the upper edge of the pad, and remains hidden from view even when fastened to a wall stud or other mounting hardware affixed to the elevator cab walls or ceiling. The flexible loops eliminate the need for grommets and make it easy to mount the pad assembly on elevator cab mounting hardware, allowing the elevator pad to be neatly positioned against the wall without bunching or sagging.

The suspension arrangement includes a landing bar 50 to slide downwards over the pillar 60 corresponding to a motion of the landing lever upon establishing a contact with the landing lever projected towards the external cylinder. The suspension arrangement includes a guide pin 70 meshed with the landing bar and housed in a base ring 80 associated with the external cylinder. The guide pin is to compress a spring 90 encircling the guide pin corresponding to the motion of the landing bar.

摘要: A sheet metal base panel for use in elevators is disclosed wherein the said base panel is made from sheet metal of low thickness without compromising its structural integrity, by a specialised hemming process. The said base panel is constructed from a single sheet of metal and incorporates the top and bottom header to form a unitary component. The construction is such that the headers can be positioned either way and hence possesses rotational symmetry which enables in easier installation. This is achieved by a special bending of the base panel on all edges of both the top side and bottom side, four times—a first 90° bending (1a) followed by a second 90° bending (1b), a third 90° bending (1c) and a fourth 180° hemming (1d) of the open edge formed after the third 90° bending (1c).

摘要: A hybrid energy storage system for an elevator car includes a converter disposed on the elevator car and receives power from a power source and provides a first DC voltage to a first DC bus and a second DC voltage to a second DC bus, a first energy storage device connected to the converter receives the first DC voltage on the first DC bus, and a second energy storage device connected to the converter receives the second DC voltage on the second DC bus. The system also includes a first load connected to the first DC bus and a second DC bus, and a second load connected to the second DC bus. Power is provided from the first energy storage device to the first load under a first selected condition and power is supplied from the second energy storage device to the first load under second selected condition.

摘要: Embodiments of an elevator mounting assembly are provided. The elevator mounting assembly includes an elevator wall panel that is coupled to an elevator car wall by a hanger, specifically a side mount hanger. The hanger includes a lower wall that is spaced laterally apart from the elevator wall panel. At least a portion of the lower wall is in lateral alignment with the elevator wall panel. An intermediate wall extends from the lower wall in a direction toward the elevator car wall. Further, an upper wall extends from the intermediate wall, such that the upper wall is positioned nearer than the lower wall to the elevator car wall. The upper wall is coupled to the elevator car wall at a location above the elevator wall panel. Additionally, an elevator ceiling panel is coupled to the lower wall. In specific embodiments, the upper wall includes a plurality of wall mounting channels.
