摘要: A dual hoist crane is provided with a heave compensation system that can be used for both the main and for the auxiliary hoisting assembly. The heave compensation system includes a first set of sheaves for guiding the main hoisting cable and a second set of sheaves for guiding the auxiliary hoisting cable. The heave compensation system is configured to individually lock the first set of sheaves and the second set of sheaves to a heave compensation cylinder, for respectively providing the main hoisting assembly and the auxiliary hoisting assembly with heave compensation.

摘要: A hoisting crane or multi configurations crane system for use on an offshore vessel, such a vessel and methods for operating are disclosed. The hoisting crane comprises a boom having a proximal portion, an intermediate portion and a distal portion. An extension mechanism is provided that is configured to allow the distal portion to be slid relative to the intermediate portion from a retracted configuration to an extended configuration. In the retracted configuration, the intermediate portion is arranged substantially within the distal portion.

摘要: Providing energy to an energy consuming piece of equipment and/or tool during offshore operations. Use is made of a crane including a substructure, a boom mounted on the substructure, one or more hoist winches and cables, as well as an object suspension device suspended from the boom by the cables. A piece of equipment or tool is suspended from the object suspension device. An energy storage unit is provided on the object suspension device and has an input connector. The boom may be provided with an output connector of an energy charging unit and in a lower supply position of the object suspension device it is disconnected from the input connector of the energy storage unit. The piece of equipment or tool is then run on energy supplied by the energy storage unit. Moving the object suspension device to a charging position thereof by employing the hoist assembly of the crane brings the input connector of the energy storage unit in close proximity of the output connector of the energy charging unit which are then interconnected to charge the energy storage unit from a separate energy source.

摘要: The invention relates to a mobile crane having a telescopic boom that is luffably coupled to a superstructure and that comprises a coupling section and at least one telescopic section supported therein in a retractable and extendable manner. At least one guying support is fastened to the coupling section and is connected to the coupling section or to the superstructure via a first guying and to a connection piece at a telescopic section via a second guying. In accordance with the invention, the second guying comprises at least two guying elements coupled with one another. The second guying is thereby adjustable in length and is thus adaptable to the extension length of the telescopic boom such that at least one of the mutually coupled guying elements is directly releasably connectable to the guying support. The invention further relates to a guying system for a mobile crane in accordance with the invention, to a method of moving a mobile crane in accordance with the invention into a guyed work position, and to a method of varying the extension length of the guyed telescopic boom of a mobile crane in accordance with the invention.

Guying equipment can be added to the telescopic boom, where at least one securing region arranged on the main casing is provided for the fixing of the guying equipment. In order for the adding and removal of the guying equipment to and from from mobile crane to be carried out more easily and safely, at least one coupling region is arranged on one of the inner casings for adding and/or removing the guying equipment and which can be connected to the same. In this way, the guying equipment can be received directly from a transport unit by the at least partially extended telescopic boom, the guying equipment can be moved onto the main casing by retracting the telescopic boom and coupled to the same.
