摘要: An industrial truck is described, such as a tri-lateral sideloader, comprising a truck body, wheels connected to the truck body by wheel suspensions, a mast, a plurality of operating components designed to carry out operating functions of the industrial truck, a control unit designed to actuate the operating components, and a detection apparatus designed to detect an operating parameter and/or a parameter of the environment. Here, the industrial truck further comprises a prediction unit designed to predict the occurrence of vibrations on the industrial truck based on data provided by the detection apparatus and to provide prediction data to the control unit. Based on the prediction data, the control unit is further designed to adapt the actuation of at least one of the operating components and/or to actuate an apparatus for reducing vibrations such that the vibrations predicted by the prediction unit are reduced.

A rotatable shaft [40] of the second body section [14] is mounted towards the far end of the elongate projection [22] and is steered by a pair of linkages such as chains [42, 44], each of which is connected to the shaft [40] and to a respective one of the steering cylinders [36, 34]. The chains [42, 44] wrap around the shaft [40] with a circumferential overlap, though they are spaced vertically. This circumferential overlap allows steering angles significantly in excess of 180° to be achieved.

摘要: A shipping and handling system for a fork lift truck that has a cab and rails extending vertically above the cab. A first bracket is secured to the back of the rails and a second bracket is secured to the back of the cab. One bracket is provided with wheel while the other is provided with legs so that the truck is able to rest on the brackets when it is tipped over upon its back. A special adaptor is provided that allows a second fork lift truck to hitch onto the unwheeled bracket and lift the bracket off the support surface whereupon the first truck can be easily maneuvered from place to place.
