(I) where X stands for a halogen atom, R1 stands for an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, Ph stands for a phenylene group, R2 stands for a C1 to C10 alkylene group optionally via an oxygen atom, R3 stands for an alkoxy group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or chloro group, R4 stands for an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, m is 0 or 1, n is 1, 2 or 3.

摘要: A pumping device for spacer material, such as TPS (Thermoplastic Spacer) material for insulated glazing units (IGUs). The pumping device includes a pumping unit driven by a control signal, including a cylinder driven by the control signal, a rod reciprocating at regular intervals by the operation of the cylinder, a piston installed at an end of the rod and reciprocating synchronously with the rod to pump spacer material in the drum in predetermined amounts, a through-hole formed for the passage of the piston and rod, a pressure plate sealingly pressing the spacer material in the drum and surrounding the rod, and a pumping housing sealingly enclosing the rod. The pressure plate includes multiple suction holes formed for the passage of spacer material in the drum, and these suction holes communicate with the through-hole.

摘要: A method of fabricating nanostructures using macro pre-patterns according to the present invention, which comprises either depositing a target material on a substrate having macro pre-patterns formed thereon, or applying a target material to a substrate and then forming macro pre-patterns on the substrate, and then depositing the target material on the side surface of the macro pre-patterns by an ion bombardment phenomenon occurring during etching, provides a three-dimensional nanostructures with high aspect ratio and uniformity can be fabricated by a simple process at low cost by using the ion bombardment phenomenon occurring during physical ion etching, thereby achieving the high performance of future nano-devices, such as nanosized electronic devices, optical devices, bio devices and energy devices.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a glass assembly to have an opaque boundary feature includes a step of forming a first glass substrate that is curved, with the first glass substrate having an outer surface (P1) and an opposing inner surface (P2), and a second glass substrate that is curved, with the second glass substrate having an inner surface (P3) and an opposing outer surface (P4). The method also includes a step of digitally-applying an organic ink without a mask on at least one of the P2 surface and the P3 surface. The method further includes curing the organic ink to form the opaque boundary feature on at least one of the P2 surface and the P3 surface. The method also further includes disposing a polymeric interlayer between the P2 surface and the P3 surface.

摘要: A glass container for storing pharmaceutical formulations may include a glass body formed from a Type IA or Type IB glass composition according to ASTM Standard E438-92(2011). The glass body may include a wall portion with an inner surface and an outer surface, a heel portion and a floor portion, wherein the inner surface of the glass container is formed by the inner surface of the glass body. The glass body may include at least a class A2 base resistance or better according to ISO 695, at least a type HGB2 hydrolytic resistance or better according to ISO 719 and Type 1 chemical durability according to USP . The glass container does not comprise a boron-rich layer on the inner surface of the glass body in as formed condition.

The deadfront article also includes a semi-transparent layer disposed onto the second surface of the substrate. The semi-transparent layer has a region of a solid color or of a design of two or more colors, and the semi-transparent layer has a first optical density. Further, the deadfront article includes a contrast layer disposed onto the region. The contrast layer is configured to enhance visibility of the color(s) of the semi-transparent layer.
