摘要: A composition configured to be mixed with cement, and associated systems and methods are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the composition includes at least 10% by weight lime particles, and at least 35% by weight pozzolan particles. Properties of the composition can include a magnesium oxide concentration of at least 0.5%, and an iron oxide concentration of at least 0.5-2.0%, an aluminum oxide concentration of 2-8%, a silicon dioxide concentration of 20-40%, a potassium oxide concentration of 20,000-30,000 ppm, and a sodium oxide concentration of 10,000-20,000 ppm. In some embodiments, the lime-based cement extender composition, or product, is combined with cement to produce a cement blend for use in the mining industry as mine backfill.

摘要: The present invention has solved the problems of conventional molding materials, and provides a hydraulic composition for additive manufacturing devices having high strength development, particularly high early strength development, and less generation of gas defect and graphite spheroidization defect. Specifically, the hydraulic composition for additive manufacturing devices of the present invention at least contains calcium aluminate. It is preferable that the hydraulic composition contain 0.5-10 parts by mass of gypsum with respect to 100 parts by mass of the calcium aluminate.

摘要: A cementitious blend composition and a concrete mix composition preferable for making concrete resistant to high temperatures and alkaline conditions, particularly for making durable concrete for constructing an alumina digester tank in an aluminum smelter. The cementitious blend composition includes at least one hydraulic cement, silica fume (SF), and natural pozzolan (NP), wherein a weight percent ratio of at least one hydraulic cement:SF:NP in the cementitious blend composition lies in the range of (24-63):(5-44):(32-40) with the sum of the weight percentages of the at least one hydraulic cement, the SF, and the NP not exceeding 100%. The concrete mix composition comprises water and the cementitious blend composition, wherein a weight ratio of the water to the cementitious blend composition is 0.2-0.5, and wherein the concrete mix composition has a content of the cementitious blend composition of 400-550 kg/m3.

摘要: The invention discloses a special equipment and a method for surface microcrystallization of cementitious materials. The specialized equipment includes a vibrator, a vibration signal generator, a power amplifier and a vibration transmitting body. A signal output terminal of the vibration signal generator is connected to a signal input terminal of the power amplifier, a signal output terminal of the power amplifier is connected to a signal input terminal of the vibrator, the vibrator is connected to the vibration transmitting body, and the vibration transmitting body is to be in contact with the cement product after initial setting. The surface microcrystallization method for cement product: after the casting and before the final setting of the cement product, vibration is applied to its outer or inner surface, the vibration frequency is greater than or equal to 1 KHz, and the vibration time is greater than or equal to 5 minutes. The surface layer of the cement product prepared by the present invention forms a structured layer with a certain thickness, high density, low permeability and relatively uniform surface coverage of granular crystal or gel phase, so that the cement product has excellent anti-aging performance.

摘要: Described are cementitious reagent materials produced from globally abundant inorganic feedstocks. Also described are methods for the manufacture of such cementitious reagent materials and forming the reagent materials as microspheroidal glassy particles. Also described are apparatuses, systems and methods for the thermochemical production of glassy cementitious reagents with spheroidal morphology. The apparatuses, systems and methods make use of an in-flight melting/quenching technology such that solid particles are flown in suspension, melted in suspension, and then quenched in suspension. The cementitious reagents may be combined with Portland cement and an alkali activator to form a blended cement. The cementitious reagents can be used in concrete to substantially reduce the CO2 emission associated with cement production.
