摘要: According to an embodiment, the pH of a diisocyanate composition and a diamine hydrochloride composition used in the preparation of an optical lens is adjusted to a specific range, whereby it is possible to enhance not only the yield and purity of the diisocyanate composition but also the optical characteristics of the final optical lens by suppressing the striae and cloudiness. Specifically, according to the process of the embodiment, the amount of an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution introduced to the reaction may be adjusted to control the pH of the diisocyanate composition to a desired range, thereby enhancing the yield and purity. Accordingly, the process for preparing a diisocyanate composition according to the embodiment can be applied to the preparation of a plastic optical lens of high quality.

摘要: In the embodiments, an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution instead of hydrogen chloride gas and solid triphosgene instead of phosgene gas may be used in the process of preparing a diisocyanate from a diamine through a diamine hydrochloride. In addition, the embodiments provide processes for preparing a diisocyanate composition and an optical lens, which are excellent in yield and quality with mitigated environmental problems by controlling the size of the diamine hydrochloride composition, the b* value according to the CIE color coordinate of the diamine hydrochloride composition, or the content of water in the diamine hydrochloride composition within a specific range.

摘要: A process for preparing an isocyanate product includes providing a phosgene inlet stream and an amine in solvent inlet stream to a phosgenation mixer, the amine in-solvent inlet stream including one or more amines and one or more inert solvents, and during steady state operation compensating for a fouling pressure drop increase by decreasing a pressure drop in the phosgenation mixer over a time period divided into at least a first period of time T1 and a second period of time T2 that is subsequent to the first period of time T1. During the second period of time T2 an amine concentration of the one or more amines in the amine-in-solvent stream is higher than during the first period of time T1, and during the second period of time T2 a phosgene-to-amine ratio value in the phosgenation mixer is higher than during the first period of time T1.

摘要: Disclosed is a light colored modified isocyanate mixture and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a) reacting isocyanate groups of a raw material isocyanate under the action of a phospholenecatalyst, and finally obtaining a modified isocyanate reaction solution containing carbodiimide and/or uretonimine derivatives; and b) adding a compounded terminator of a halosilane organic and a sulfonic anhydride to the reaction solution obtained in step a so as to terminate the reaction of carbodiimidization. The modified isocyanate prepared by the method has the characteristics of a liquid state at room temperature, being stable in storage at room temperature and high temperature, and low color number.
