    摘要: Precipitation of an ammonium salt is prevented while suppressing an increase in water content of the aqueous urea solution which is to be supplied to a urea granulation step, when recovering and using urea and NH3 in a gas which contains urea dust and NH3 and which arises from a urea granulation step. Provided is a method for granulating urea including a granulation step of producing granular solid urea from a feed aqueous urea solution by using air; a recovery step of recovering urea dust and NH3 from air discharged from the granulation step, by use of an aqueous solution containing an acid, so as to obtain a recovered solution containing urea and an ammonium salt; a salt concentration adjustment step of mixing the recovered solution with an aqueous urea solution having a lower ammonium salt concentration than the recovered solution, so as to adjust the ammonium salt concentration of the recovered solution; a concentration step of concentrating the solution obtained from the salt concentration adjustment step by vaporizing water contained in the solution obtained from the salt concentration adjustment step, so as to obtain a concentrated recovered solution; and a mix step of mixing the concentrated recovered solution with the feed aqueous urea solution, wherein the ammonium salt concentration of the concentrated recovered solution is 7 mass % or less.

    摘要: The gaseous effluent to be treated is contacted in column C1 with an absorbent solution selected for its property of forming two separable phases when it is heated. The regenerated absorbent solution is separated into two phases in drum B1; a fraction rich in water and a fraction rich in reactive compounds.Separation allows to optimize the operations performed on the regenerated absorbent solution. On the one hand, separation allows to carry out vaporization, through reboiler R1, of a fraction of the absorbent solution, preferably containing a limited reactive compound concentration in relation to the absorbent solution, thus limiting their degradation. On the other hand, separation of the phases allows to reduce the amount of solution to be treated in order to remove the non-regeneratable salts and thus to reduce the costs linked with their elimination. Finally, separation allows to eliminate the degradation products by carrying out a specific and suitable purification for each phase.The method can be applied to combustion fumes decarbonation and to natural gas or synthesis gas deacidizing.

    摘要: Aldimines of formula (I) that are particularly suitable as latent hardeners in curable compositions, particularly compositions having one or two-component isocyanate groups. Due to the presence of the reactive group, they can be converted to compounds of formulas (X) and (XII) having aldimine groups. The aldimines, or the aldimine compounds, can be used primarily in adhesive and sealant materials, but also in coatings, and can be produced easily from readily available source materials, and have good thermal stability. The tertiary amino group thereof has a surprisingly low alkalinity and can in some cases have a catalytic effect in chemical reaction systems.
