摘要: To provide hollow particles having a high void ratio and excellent pressure resistance. Hollow particles which comprise a shell containing a resin and a hollow portion surrounded by the shell, wherein a void ratio is 60% or more; wherein a volume average particle diameter is from 10 μm to 50 μm; wherein the shell contains, as the resin, a polymer in which from 70 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of a crosslinkable monomer unit is contained in 100 parts by mass of all monomer units, and the crosslinkable monomer unit contains a bifunctional crosslinkable monomer unit derived from a bifunctional crosslinkable monomer and a trifunctional or higher-functional crosslinkable monomer unit derived from a trifunctional or higher-functional crosslinkable monomer; and wherein, when observed in plan view, a percentage of particles having a dent with a size of 5% to 50% of the particle diameter, is 10% or less.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a light-curable resin composition having reduced soot residue at the time of mold preparation and reduced occurrence of cracks and fractures. The present invention has found that a light-curable resin composition including a (meth)acrylate-based UV-curable resin (A) (with proviso that the following compound (B) is omitted), and a compound (B) having an alkylene glycol skeleton represented by a specific chemical formula in a structure allows the soot residue at the time of mold preparation to be reduced and occurrence of cracks and fractures to be reduced, whereby the above object is achieved.

A resin composition containing a (meth)acrylic resin, the (meth)acrylic resin containing 20 to 70% by weight in total of a segment derived from methyl methacrylate and a segment derived from isobutyl methacrylate, 1 to 10% by weight of a segment derived from a glycidyl group-containing (meth)acrylate, and 5 to 40% by weight of a segment derived from a (meth)acrylate containing an ester substituent having a carbon number of 8 or more.

摘要: The present invention relates to a polymer comprising: (a) polymeric units derived from vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, or combinations thereof; and (b) polymeric units derived from one or more compounds according to formula I: wherein: R1 is CH3 or H; R2 is a moiety comprising 1-20 carbon atoms; and n is an integer from 1-10; wherein the polymer has an average particle size of 10-80 μm expressed as D50 determined in accordance with ISO 9276-2 (2014); and a porosity of ≤0.20 ml/g as determined as the quantity of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate in ml absorbed by 1 g of polymer upon subjecting the polymer at 23° C. to vacuum, submerging in di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate for 10 min, and subsequently centrifuging at 2000 rpm for 45 min. Such polymer may be used as viscosity reducing agent in PVC plastisol compositions.

摘要: The present invention relates to an ethylene copolymer comprising: (iv) ≥78.0 and ≤99.9 mol % of recurring units derived from ethylene; (v) ≥0.10 and ≤20.0 mol % of a recurring units derived from a comonomer A according to formula (I) wherein R1 is a moiety comprising 1-30 carbon atoms; R2 is selected from —H or —CH3; R3 is selected from —O—, —(CO)—(NH)— or —(CO)—O—; n=0 or 1; and m≥1 and ≤10; and (vi) ≥0.01 and ≤2.00 mol % of a recurring units derived from a comonomer B according to formula (II) wherein R1 is a moiety comprising 1-30 carbon atoms; each R2 may individually be selected from —H or —CH3; each of R3 is individually selected from —O—, —(CO)—(NH)— or —(CO)—O—; n=0 or 1; p=0 or 1; and m≥1 and ≤10; the mol % of each of (i), (ii) and (iii) being related to the sum of the mol % of (i), (ii) and (iii), the sum of the mol % of (i), (ii) and (iii) adding up to 100 mol %. Such ethylene copolymers have a reduced peak melting temperature and reduced enthalpy of fusion, indicating that these ethylene copolymers have a reduced degree of crystallinity and improved clarity and contact angle, combined with a desired melt mass-flow rate.
