摘要: The present disclosure provides a printable composition. The printable composition includes a polymer, a polymerizable component, a temporary solvent, a photoinitiator, and optionally an inhibitor. The present disclosure also provides an article including an integral blend of a thermoset polymer and a second polymer different from the thermoset polymer. Further, the present disclosure provides a method of making an article. The method includes (i) providing a printable composition; (ii) selectively curing the printable composition to form a gelled article; and (iii) removing at least a portion of the temporary solvent from the gelled article. The method may optionally include (iv) curing unpolymerized polymerizable component remaining before or after step (iii). Also, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying a plurality of layers of an article, the article including: an integral blend of 8 to 50 wt. %, inclusive, of a thermoset polymer and 30 to 90 wt. %, inclusive, of a second polymer different from the thermoset polymer, wherein the weight percent is based on the total weight of the article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the article based on the digital object. A system is provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an article.

摘要: Materials and methods for modifying semiconducting substrate surfaces in order to dramatically change surface energy are provided. Preferred materials include perfluorocarbon molecules or polymers with various functional groups. The functional groups (carboxylic acids, hydroxyls, epoxies, aldehydes, and/or thiols) attach materials to the substrate surface by physical adsorption or chemical bonding, while the perfluorocarbon components contribute to low surface energy. Utilization of the disclosed materials and methods allows rapid transformation of surface properties from hydrophilic to hydrophobic (water contact angle 120° and PGMEA contact angle) 70°. Selective liquiphobic modifications of copper over Si/SiOx, TiOx over Si/SiOx, and SiN over SiOx are also demonstrated.

The present invention relates to a resin composition for stereolithography comprising: an 80 to 99 mass % polymerizable monomer (a); a 0.1 to 10 mass % photopolymerization initiator (b); a 0.1 to 5.0 mass % inorganic particle (c) having an average particle diameter of 5 to 200 nm; and a 0.01 to 10 mass % metal oxide particle (d) having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 10 μm, the inorganic particle (c) being different from the metal oxide particle (d).

摘要: A resin composition includes a (meth) acrylate oligomer, and an oxygen inhibition preventing agent including at least one of a phosphite compound having a boiling point of about 150° C. or higher, and a phosphine compound having a boiling point of about 150° C. or higher, wherein the oxygen inhibition preventing agent is included in an amount of about 0.1 wt % or more and less than about 1 wt % with respect to a total amount of a (meth)acrylate. An adhesive member formed by photocuring the resin composition exhibits excellent adhesion at high temperatures, and may thus exhibit excellent reliability in case used in a flexible display device.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing a multiblock copolymer. This method comprises i) providing a block copolymer comprising at least one PA block and at least one PB block, where PA represents a polymer block comprising one or more units of monomer A and PB represents a polymer block comprising one or more units of monomer B, with monomers A and B being the same or different, where the block copolymer contains a chain transfer agent moiety (CTA); ii) providing a radically polymerizable monomer C; and iii) polymerizing the block copolymer with monomer C under conditions effective to achieve a number average degree of polymerization (Nn) for the multiblock copolymer of up to 100,000 without gelation. The present invention relates to a multiblock copolymer comprising at least one PA block, at least one PB block, and at least one PC block. PC block is positioned between PA block and PB block, where PC block is a rubber block, and where PA represents a polymer block comprising one or more units of monomer A, PB represents a polymer block comprising one or more units of monomer B, and PC represents a polymer block comprising one or more units of monomer C, with monomers A and B being the same or different.
