摘要: A flexible gastight material for a landfill site includes a component A and a component B, the component A including: at least one of polypropylene glycol with a molecular weight of 600-4000, polytetrahydrofuran diol with a molecular weight of 1000-3000, polycaprolactone diol with a molecular weight of 1000-3000, and polycarbonate diol with a molecular weight of 1000-3000; and at least one of 2,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The flexible gastight material for the landfill site provided in the present application has a micro-closed-cell foam structure. The closed-cell elastic structure of the flexible gastight material may block the volatilization of toxic and harmful odors, and may cut off the diffusion path of the odors by combining with gas treatment systems at the landfill site. The flexible gastight material has excellent water blocking and gas sealing performance.

摘要: A three-component polyurethane composition consisting of a first, a second and a third component, the first component containing a polyol having an OH functionality in the range from 1.5 to 4 and an average molecular weight in the range from 250 to 15000 g/mol and a compound having at least one thiol group, the second component containing at least one metal catalyst for the reaction of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups, which can form thiol complexes and preferably has a drying agent, and the third component containing at least one polyisocyanate, the molar ratio of all thiol groups of the compound to all metal atoms of the metal catalyst being between 1:1 and 250:1.

摘要: The present invention relates to a two-component coating composition comprising one first saturated polyhydroxy component, optionally one second saturated polyhydroxy component, wherein the second polyhydroxy compound is different from the first polyhydroxy compound, at least one metal component, water and at least one polyisocyanate. The resulting composition offers excellent scratch resistance, better mechanical properties and good applicability.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an orthodontic article including the reaction product of the polymerizable composition. Further, the present disclosure provides polymerizable compositions and methods of making an orthodontic article. The method includes obtaining a polymerizable composition and selectively curing the polymerizable composition to form an orthodontic article. Further, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying an orthodontic article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the orthodontic article based on the digital object. A system is also provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an orthodontic article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an orthodontic article.

摘要: Composites having a polymer or natural leather skin layer and a polyurethane foam layer are made in a molding process. The polyurethane foam layer is made from a foam formulation that includes certain polyester polyols. The presence of the polyester polyol improves flow characteristics of the foam formulation. The foam so produced has unexpectedly low quantities of VOCs.

摘要: A multi-component composition contains a) a polyol component having a1) acrylate polyol and a2) at least one of polyester polyol and polyether polyol, wherein the equivalent ratio of hydroxyl groups of acrylate polyol to hydroxyl groups of the at least one of polyester polyol and polyether polyol is in the range of 0.4 to 3.8, and b) an isocyanate component containing b1) aliphatic polyisocyanate monomer, dimer and/or trimer, and b2) aliphatic polyisocyanate prepolymer, wherein the equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups of aliphatic polyisocyanate monomer, dimer and/or trimer to isocyanate groups of aliphatic polyisocyanate prepolymer is in the range of 0.5 to 2.6. The multi-component composition is suitable for use as a top coat on elastic membranes, in particular roofing membranes, to provide sufficient weathering resistance/protection.
