摘要: A thermally reworkable adhesive includes at least one di-epoxide, at least one diamine that is reactive with the at least one di-epoxide, at least one additive that is miscible, but not reactive, with the at least one di-epoxide and/or the at least one diamine. Reaction of the at least one di-epoxide and the at least one diamine forms a crosslinked polymer network and the at least one additive offsets the stoichiometry of the crosslinked polymer network by 5-50%. The offset crosslinked polymer network forms the thermally reworkable adhesive that once cured, at a temperature in the range of 20-200° C., can be de-bonded from a device to which it is attached at a temperature in the range of 50-200° C.

[B] At least one component selected from the group consisting of: thermoplastic resins that are compatible with the epoxy resin [A]; and core-shell type polymers. [C] An amine curing agent.

摘要: An epoxy resin, comprising an epoxy compound having a mesogen structure, wherein, when performing a process of decreasing a temperature of the epoxy resin from 150° C. to 30° C. at a rate of 2° C./min, and a process of increasing the temperature of the epoxy resin from 30° C. to 150° C. at a rate of 2° C./min, in this order, the epoxy resin has a maximum value of η′2/η′1 of 20 or less within a temperature range of from 30° C. to 150° C., wherein η′1 is a dynamic shear viscosity (Pa·s) measured in the process of decreasing the temperature, and η′2 is a dynamic shear viscosity (Pa·s) measured in the process of increasing the temperature, η′1 and η′2 being measured at the same temperature, and a value η′2 measured at 100° C. is 1000 Pa·s or less.

摘要: The present invention provides a photosensitive epoxy resin composition which contains: (A) a cresol novolak polyfunctional epoxy resin; (B) a liquid epoxy resin having a fluorene skeleton in its main chain; and (C) a photoacid generator; wherein the components (A) and (B) are present in a mixing weight ratio of (A)/(B)=40/60 to 60/40. Where the inventive photosensitive epoxy resin composition is used as an optical waveguide forming material, particularly as an optical waveguide core layer forming material for formation of a core layer, the optical waveguide core layer can be formed as having excellent reflow resistance and a lower loss through a coating process and a roll-to-roll process without altering the conventional production process.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a curable composition that can be cured satisfactorily and can form a cured product having a high glass transition temperature as maintained and having high mechanical strength. A curable composition includes a siloxane (A), a cycloaliphatic epoxide (B), and a curing agent (C). The siloxane (A) contains at least two epoxy groups per molecule. The cycloaliphatic epoxide (B) in the curable composition is preferably a compound represented by Formula (I): wherein X is selected from a single bond and a linkage group.
