摘要: The present disclosure provides compositions, articles thereof, and methods of forming compositions. In at least one aspect, a composition includes (1) an epoxy, (2) an amino or amido hardener, (3) a polyaniline, (4) a dopant selected from a triazolyl, a thiazolyl, a quinolinyl, a salicylate, a benzoate, a glycolate, a phosphate, a sulfonate, an oxalate, or combination(s) thereof; and (5) a pigment selected from titanium dioxide, silica, talc, mica, aluminium stearate, or combination(s) thereof. The polyaniline+dopant comprises greater than 6 wt %, by weight of the composition. In at least one aspect, a method includes introducing an acid form of a polyaniline to a hydroxide to form a polyaniline hydroxide. The method includes introducing a dopant to the polyaniline hydroxide to form a doped polyaniline.

摘要: Disclosed is an environment-friendly and flame-retardant abradable seal coating material with an ultra-low density and a use method thereof. The seal coating material includes a component A and a component B packaged separately; the component A includes 20-30 wt % of a curing agent for bisphenol A epoxy resin, 20-30 wt % of a liquid phosphorus-containing curing agent, 20-40 wt % of a hollow glass microbead, 1-5 wt % of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, 5-15 wt % of dimethyl methylphosphonate and 0.5-3 wt % of a silane coupling agent; the component B includes 30-40 wt % of a bisphenol A epoxy resin, 30-40 wt % of a liquid phosphorus-containing epoxy resin, 20-30 wt % of a hollow glass microbead, 0-10 wt % of a liquid acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and 0.5-3 wt % of a silane coupling agent. The method includes: mixing the component A and the component B to obtain a coating, and applying the obtained coating to a surface of a part for curing.

摘要: Methods and materials for sand control in water injection sites are disclosed. Proppant particles may be coated with some particles coated with a solid epoxy and other proppant particles coated with a solid epoxy curative (such as amine, hydroxyl, carboxyl, anhydride) that would bind the particles through an epoxy reaction. The invention may be advantageous for forming underground structures useful in the extraction of hydrocarbons.

摘要: An epoxy resin composition including [A1] a hardener represented by Formula (1), and [B] an aromatic epoxy resin having tri- or higher functionality, wherein a carbon nuclear relaxation time T1C corresponding to a benzene ring carbon atom in the main backbone of Formula (1) assigned to 130 ppm in a solid-state 13C-NMR spectrum is 42 seconds or longer, and a prepreg and a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material obtained using the epoxy resin composition: wherein X represents any one selected from —CH2—, —O—, —CO—, —C(═O)O—, —S—, —SO2—, and —NHC(═O)—; n represents 1 to 5; and R1 to R6 each represent at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 4 or less carbon atoms, and an a halogen atom, wherein when X is —C(═O)O— or —NHC(═O)—, X may be in either direction. Provided are an epoxy resin composition that provides a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material excellent in tensile strength and compression strength and suitable as a structural material, a prepreg, and a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material.

摘要: An epoxy resin composition having a first epoxy resin component containing an oxazolidone; a second epoxy resin component; a latent hardener comprising dicyandiamide particles having a particle distribution in which at least 35% of the dicyandiamide particles have a particle size of less than 2 microns; and an epoxy soluble latent catalyst is provided. It has been found that the combination of the epoxy components, a latent hardener having dicyandiamide particles in which at least 35% of the dicyandiamide particles have a particle size of less than 2 microns, and an epoxy soluble latent catalyst provides an epoxy resin composition that provides a more homogeneous infusion of the resin into a fibrous material for forming a prepreg. As a result, faster cure of the epoxy resin composition is obtained, which in turn, reduces the mold cycle time for preparing molded articles and parts.
