摘要: Disclosed is a preparation method for a polysiloxane powder filler. The method comprises: providing polysiloxane which contains at least 60 wt % of T unit, wherein T unit is equal to R1SiO3-, R1 is a hydrogen atom or an independently selected organic group comprising 1-18 carbon atoms; and performing heat treatment on the polysiloxane under inert gas atmosphere or vacuum conditions, wherein the heat treatment temperature is 250 to 750 degrees, such that silicon hydroxyl groups in the polysiloxane are condensed to obtain a polysiloxane powder filler having a true density greater than or equal to 1.33 g/cm3 and more preferably greater than or equal to 1.34 g/cm3. The polysiloxane powder filler obtained by the described preparation method has low inductivity, low inductivity loss and low radioactivity; and can be used for semiconductor packaging materials, circuit boards and intermediate semi-finished products thereof, and semi-cured sheets or copper clad laminates of high-frequency high-speed circuit boards.

摘要: The present document describes a powder composition comprising a functionalized starch having a single helix V-structure and having a degree of substitution of at least 0.25, and a bioactive agent, forming an inclusion complex with said functionalized starch, where the bioactive agent is within the helix V-structure of the functionalized starch having a single helix V-structure. Also described are the functionalized starch having a single helix V-structure and having a degree of substitution of at least 0.25, methods of making the same and methods of using the same to manufacture the powder composition.

摘要: A method of forming a composite material includes mixing granules of thermoplastic(s) and granules of reinforcing material(s) using a mixer with an interior friction coating. The friction generated by interaction between the granules and friction coating causes granules of at least one of the thermoplastic(s) to be heated to a liquid or semi-liquid state. The liquid/semi-liquid thermoplastic(s) act a binder for the mixed material. A system for forming such a composite material includes such a mixer with an interior friction coating. The system may also include a mould and/or a press for forming material produced by the mixer into a finished shape. The method and system may use post-consumer and post-industrial material as an input allowing such material to be recycled. In some cases, cross-contaminated or mixed post-consumer/post-industrial material may be recycled, potentially reducing environmental impacts.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing spray-dried powders. During the process, a solvent is used. The process is done in a continuous manner and such that the emulsification mass ratio is low when removal of the solvent is started. Preferred solvents are isopropyl acetate and ethyl acetate. The invention also relates to a set-up to run the inventive process at industrial scale.

摘要: A pigmented pulverulent composition based on polyamide for coating substrates, including: (a) 40% to 99% by weight of at least one polyamide, (b) 1% to 30% by weight of at least one pigment, and (c) 0% to 30% by weight of at least one additive, wherein the polyamide has an inherent viscosity, as measured using an Ubbelohde tube at 20° C. on a 0.5% by weight solution in m-cresol according to standard ISO 307 but with a measuring temperature of 20° C. rather than 25° C., of more than 0.7 (g/100 g)−1, and wherein the composition has a volume-median diameter Dv50, as measured according to standard ISO 9276—parts 1 to 6, of 10 to 200 μm. A process for manufacturing the composition, the use thereof for coating a—metallic—substrate, and an object comprising a metallic substrate coated with a coating obtained with the pigmented pulverulent composition based on polyamide.
