摘要: The invention relates to a polymerisable composition comprising
(i) 0 to 90% by weight of at least one inorganic filler component,
(ii) 5 to 99.98% by weight of at least one urethane (alkyl) acrylate of the idealised formula I,
(iii) 0.01 to 25% by weight of at least one di-, tri-, tetra- or multi-functional monomer, not being a urethane (alkyl) acrylate,
(iv) 0.01 to 10% by weight of at least one initiator, of an initiator system as well as optionally of at least one stabiliser and optionally of at least one pigment, the total composition of the composition amounting to 100% by weight, as well as a polymerised composition having improved fracture toughness.-

摘要: Provided are a three-dimensional carbon-based copolymerization composite, and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method includes dissolving a hydroxyquinone compound and a diamine compound to obtain a dissolved system, and subjecting the dissolved system to first reaction to obtain first reaction system; mixing the first reaction system and monomer, and subjecting a resulting mixed system to amidation to obtain an amidation reaction system; subjecting a graphitized carbon to first dispersion, ball milling, and second dispersion sequentially to obtain a graphitized carbon dispersion; and mixing the amidation reaction system, the graphitized carbon dispersion, a cross-linking agent, and an initiator, and subjecting a resulting mixture to polymerization to obtain the three-dimensional carbon-based copolymerization composite, wherein a molar ratio of the diamine compound to the hydroxyquinone compound is 1:(2-3); and the monomer comprises a carboxyl group and a double bond in a structure thereof.

摘要: Methods for reducing moisture content of alkaline earth metal carbonate may include introducing alkaline earth metal carbonate having a moisture content ranging from about 0.1% by mass to about 10% by mass into a primary crusher and operating the primary crusher to obtain alkaline earth metal carbonate particles having a top cut particle size d90 of 90 microns or less. The method may also include introducing the particles into a primary grinder and operating the primary grinder to obtain reduced-size alkaline earth metal carbonate particles having a median particle size d50 of about 60 microns or less. The method may further include introducing the reduced-size particles into a classifier mill and operating the classifier mill to obtain further-reduced-size alkaline earth metal carbonate particles having a median particle size d50 of about 12 microns or less, and a moisture content of about 0.15% by mass or less.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a polymer composition that includes at least one polymer and an aversive additive dispersed in the at least one polymer. The aversive additive is made of a zeolite material and an aversive material infused within pores of the zeolite material. In embodiments, the aversive additive is incorporated into an optical fiber cable. The optical fiber cable includes at least one optical fiber and a polymeric jacket that surrounds the at least one optical fiber. The polymeric jacket is made of a polymer matrix and the aversive additive is dispersed in the polymer matrix. Embodiments of a method of infusing an aversive material into a zeolite material to form the aversive additive are also disclosed herein.

When the total amount of a glycidyl group-including resin and aminosilane contained in the coatings of the coated glass flakes corresponds to 100% by mass, the amount of the resin is 30% to 95% by mass. When the total amount of a glycidyl group-including resin, aminosilane, and a urethane resin contained in the coatings of the coated glass strands corresponds to 100% by mass, the amount of the glycidyl group-including resin is 10% to 90% by mass, the amount of the aminosilane is 0.1% to 40% by mass, and the amount of the urethane resin is 1% to 50% by mass. Both the coated glass flakes and the coated glass strands have an ignition loss of 0.1% to 2.0% by mass measured pursuant to JIS R3420 (2013).
