摘要: A neodymium-catalyzed modified conjugated diene-based polymer having excellent affinity with a filler is provided. A method for preparing the same and a rubber composition including the same are also provided. The neodymium-catalyzed modified conjugated diene-based polymer includes a repeating unit derived from a conjugated diene-based monomer; and a functional group derived from a modifier represented by Formula 1 in at least one terminal of a polymer.

摘要: An elastomer alloy includes a base polymer including hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) and at least one secondary polymer, which is at least one of paraffin wax, low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and a plastomer. The base polymer and the at least one secondary polymer are blended into a polymer matrix. The elastomer alloy also includes a plurality of smart fillers dispersed within the polymer matrix, at least one chemical foaming agent, and a curing activator.

摘要: The residual hydrogenation catalyst from the hydrogenated nitrile rubber solution is recovered by using two steps such as (1) the catalyst extraction step with an ammonium salt and water (optionally including an oxidation step) to extract catalyst from the HNBR polymer chain to the solvent and then (2) the separation/column recovery step with the column packed with functional ion exchange resins for the separation of ammonia-catalyst complex from hydrogenated nitrile rubber solution and the column recovery for the high catalyst recovery with functional groups of resins. The ammonium salt for the catalyst extraction step is selected from ammonium chloride, ammonium bromide, ammonium iodide, and ammonium acetate. The functional groups in the functional ion exchange resins for packing the column is selected from thiourea, thiouronium, thiol, amine, diamine, triamine, TMT, dithiocarbamate, and carbodithioate.

摘要: The invention provides a peroxide crosslinkable rubber composition including a hydrogenated nitrile rubber that is enhanced in scorch stability without deterioration in superior characteristics of crosslinked products of the composition. The invention also provides a crosslinked product of such a rubber composition. The rubber composition includes 100 parts by mass of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber (A), 5 to 100 parts by mass of a filler (B), 1 to 10 parts by mass of an organic peroxide (C), and 1 to 20 parts by mass of a liquid diene rubber (D) having a polystyrene-equivalent weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to 120,000 as measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).

摘要: Crumb rubber obtained from recycled tires is subjected to an interlinked substitution process. The process utilizes a reactive component that interferes with sulfur bonds. The resulting treated rubber exhibits properties similar to those of the virgin composite rubber structure prior to being granulated, and is suitable for use in fabricating new tires, engineered rubber articles, and asphalt rubber for use in waterproofing and paving applications.

The middle rubber composition comprises in particular from 25 to 85 phr of a tin-functionalized butadiene and styrene copolymer and from 15 to 75 phr of isoprene elastomer, and at least one lateral rubber composition is different from the middle rubber composition.

A semi-finished article and a tire may comprise at least one such rubber composition.
