The medical box of the present invention is a reusable medical box consisting of a polycarbonate resin composition comprising, based on a total of 100 parts by weight of (A) a polycarbonate-based resin (component A) and (B) a polyolefin-based resin (component B), 1 to 30 parts by weight of (C) a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (component C).

    摘要: Thermoplastic compositions include: (a) from 10 wt % to 95 wt % of a polycarbonate component: (b) from 0.1 wt % to 50 wt % of a reinforcing filler: (c) from 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of an impact modifier component having a linear polymer structure; and from 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of a hydrocarbon additive. A weight percent ratio of the hydrocarbon additive to the impact modifier in the composition is 1:1 or lower. The hydrocarbon additive may include saturated carboxylic and acyclic structures. In particular aspects the impact modifier component has a linear, non-polarized polymer structure, and the composition has improved Izod impact properties and/or gloss properties as compared to a reference composition that includes a polarized impact modifier instead of the impact modifier component.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: approximately 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; approximately 20-80 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether resin; approximately 15-70 parts by weight of glass fiber; approximately 1-10 parts by weight of epoxy-modified polystyrene; approximately 1-20 parts by weight of a styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene copolymer; and approximately 0.2-4 parts by weight of dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), wherein the weight ratio of the epoxy-modified polystyrene and the styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene copolymer is approximately 1:0.5 to 1:10. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent impact resistance, flowability, appearance characteristics and the like, and has low dielectric constant, dielectric loss and the like.

    摘要: Polymeric compositions, methods of making the compositions, and composites, such as computer chassis containing the compositions are described. The polymeric compositions can contain 20 wt. % to 50 wt. % of a post-consumer mechanical recycled polycarbonate; 10 wt. % to 50 wt. % of a renewably sourced polycarbonate; 10 wt. % to 30 wt. % of a filler containing carbon fibers, wherein at least a portion of the carbon fibers are obtained from a post-industrial recycled source; and 5 wt. % to 15 wt. % of a flame retardant, wherein the polymeric compositions have a total recycled and renewable content of 50 wt. % to 90 wt. %.
