摘要: Making a carbon aerogel involves 3-D printing an ink to make a printed part, removing the solvent from the printed part, and carbonizing the printed part (with the solvent removed) to make the aerogel. The ink is based on a solution of a resorcinol-formaldehyde resin (RF resin), water, and an organic thickener. Advantageously, the RF resin contains an acid catalyst, which tends to produce carbon aerogels with higher surface areas upon activation than those produced from methods involving an ink composition containing a base catalyzed resin.

The probe may be configured to identify a location of a target vein beneath the patient's skin. The printer may be configured to receive the location and, using the location, print the vein map onto the patient's skin to indicate the location. The vein map may comprise antimicrobial ink printed onto the patient's skin with one or more colors and/or one or more patterns. The vein map may be a two-dimensional vein map or a three-dimensional vein map that indicates the location of the target vein within the patient, a width of the target vein, and/or a depth of the target vein within the patient.

摘要: In an ink composition for printing on metal, the use of a resin having a certain acid value that constitutes the ink composition in combination with the addition of alkanolamine to the ink composition can reduce the generation of misting and maintain practical flowability. In other words, an ink composition for printing on metal including a color pigment, resins and a solvent may be employed, wherein at least some of the resins have an acid value of 25 mg KOH/g or more, and the ink composition further includes an alkanolamine compound.

摘要: The ink composition comprises pigment particles and a stimulus responsive dispersing agent for dispersing said pigment particles in a protic polar solvent, for instance for inkjet printing, which stimulus responsive dispersing agent comprises an anchoring part for anchoring to said pigment particles, a stimulus responsive part as shown in formula (XXa) or (XXb) and a hydrophilic part for solvent stabilization of the pigment, wherein the stimulus responsive part upon exposure to a stimulus initiates decomposition of the stimulus responsive dispersing agent. The paper with the printed ink can be deinked in an industrial deinking process.

摘要: The disclosure discloses an organic photoactive layer composite ink, an organic solar cell and preparation methods thereof. The organic photoactive layer composite ink includes an electron donor material, an electron acceptor material, an organic amine compound and an organic solvent. According to the disclosure, through an interaction between the organic amine compound and a photoactive layer material molecule, the photochemical reaction of the active layer molecule can be effectively inhibited, the photostability of the photoactive layer material is significantly improved, and hence the stability of the solar cell is greatly improved. The organic solar cell prepared by the disclosure has the advantages of high stability, long use service life and the like, and working properties such as energy conversion efficiency are also effectively improved; meanwhile, the organic solar cell is simple and convenient in preparation process, low in material cost and high in economic benefits.

摘要: The invention relates to a composition containing at least the two following components: a) a silver carboxylate, and b) a terpene, an ink for ink jet printing and a paste for printing with a screen printing method, wherein the ink or the paste, respectively, each contains the composition according to the invention. The invention also relates to a method for producing a pattern on a substrate, at least comprising the following steps: A) providing a substrate and a composition containing at least one silver carboxylate and one terpene; B) applying the composition to the substrate while preserving a precursor with the pattern; C) treating the precursor with the pattern according to a treatment step that is selected from the group consisting of: a) at a temperature of more than 200° C. for at least 10 minutes, wherein the treatment is preferably carried out in an atmosphere of air; b) a photonic sintering process; c) a combination of a) and b), wherein the substrate to which the pattern is applied is preserved. The invention further relates to a printer, an item that is coated at least in part, and a use of the composition according to the invention for applying a pattern.

摘要: A molecular ink contains a silver carboxylate, an organic amine compound, an organic polymer binder, a surface tension modifier, and a solvent. The ink may be used to produce conductive silver traces on a substrate for use in fabricating electronic devices. The ink is particularly useful for producing conductive silver traces on a shapeable (e.g. stretchable) substrate in a low temperature sintering process. Also, a process for producing a conductive silver trace on a shaped substrate involves depositing the molecular ink on a shapeable substrate, drying the ink on the shapeable substrate to form a non-conductive trace containing the silver carboxylate on the shapeable substrate, forming the shapeable substrate into a shape to produce a shaped substrate so that at least a portion of the non-conductive trace is situated on a shaped portion of the shaped substrate, and sintering the shaped substrate to decompose the silver carboxylate to metallic silver thereby producing a conductive silver trace on at least the shaped portion of the shaped substrate. The process reduces potential for cracking of conductive silver traces on shaped substrates.
