    摘要: A moisture-curable adhesive composition comprises a polymer component selected from a silane-terminated polyalkylene oxide and/or a polyurethane; a plurality of amino-silane modified wollastonite fibers having an average aspect ratio of from about 1.5:1 to about 12:1 and an average fiber length of from about 6 μm to about 825 μm; at least two fillers, wherein one of said fillers is untreated and a second of said fillers is treated with a modifier selected from the group consisting of a fatty acid derivative, a silane, a titanate, and mixtures thereof wherein at least one of said fillers is irregularly shaped; and a rheology modifier. The composition preferably further comprises a plurality of irregularly-shaped crumb rubber particles having an average particle size of between about 0.5 to 1.5 mm. The composition is useful for adhering tiles to surfaces, especially large format tiles to substantially vertically-extending wall surfaces.

    摘要: Textile reinforced elastomeric composites having a textile reinforcement embedded in an elastomeric matrix. The textile reinforcement includes fibers or yarns and an adhesive treatment applied to the fibers wherein the adhesive treatment comprises graphene or graphene oxide. The textile reinforcement may be a fabric or a tensile cord. The fibers may be polyester, aramid, carbon fiber, glass fiber, PBO, PEN, or polyamide. The adhesive treatment may be an epoxy treatment, an epoxy-latex treatment, an acrylic polymer treatment, a latex treatment, a polyurethane treatment, an RFL treatment, a rubber cement, or combinations thereof. The composite may be in the form of a toothed belt wherein the textile reinforcement is a tooth cover or a helically wound tensile cord embedded in the belt.

    摘要: The invention relates to an aqueous two-component adhesive and use thereof, in particular to the use for laminating a rigid substrate and a plastic film, a laminated product comprising the adhesive, and a method for producing a laminated product. The aqueous two-component adhesive comprises component A and component B, the component A comprising more than 50% by weight and not more than 99% by weight of an aqueous polyurethane dispersion; the B component comprising 1% by weight to 16% by weight of water-dispersible modified polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate, the above weight percentage based on the amount of the adhesive being 100% by weight; wherein the aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprises polyurethane dispersed therein, the enthalpy of melting of the polyurethane being 26 to 100 J/g, preferably 30 to 100 J/g, particularly preferably 30 to 60 J/g, measured at 20° C. to 100° C. for the first heating curve by DSC according to DIN65467 (1999). The aqueous two-component adhesive has the advantages of safety and environmental protection, excellent performance and low laminating temperature.

One or more heat activated disks are used to connect each tubular filter media element segments together and/or to connect tubular filter media element segments with one or more end cap supports. The heat activated disks are solid in form for assembly with tubular filter media ring segment and then heat activated to bond with tubular filter media ring segments. Multiple end caps can be simultaneously bonded to one or more tubular filter media element segments if a filter stack assembly of component are heated together, such as in an oven. Filter media may also be simultaneously cured. Heat activated disks may be used as pleat stabilizers and/or for and/or as part of end caps.

The adhesive layer (ii) is formed of a urethane resin composition including a urethane resin (A) produced using an aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) as a raw material and water (B). The skin layer (iii) is formed of a urethane resin composition including an anionic urethane resin (X) having an anionic group concentration of 0.25 mmol/g or less, water (Y), and an anionic surfactant (Z). The aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) preferably includes toluene diisocyanate. The urethane resin (A) has an aromatic ring concentration of 0.1 to 2.5 mol/kg.
