    Abstract: Reactor for recovery or recycling of hydrocarbon products from hydrocarbon-containing material by decomposing and gasifying the material in a reactor housing, comprising a gas/particle separator device arranged to separate solid particles accompanying the gas and to return these particles directly to the reactor housing in the opposite direction to axially flowing gasified hydrocarbon products, and/or comprising a rotor shaft with axially running channels which are in flow communication with a coolant, and/or comprising a radial play formed between the periphery of a rotor and the inside of the reactor housing and amounting to at least 3 cm and at most 6 cm.

    Abstract: A heat integration process and system for a chemical recycling facility is provided that can lower the carbon footprint and global warming potential of the facility. More particularly, one or more heat transfer media may be used to recover heat energy from a waste plastic pyrolysis effluent and redistribute the recovered heat energy throughout the chemical recycling facility. Furthermore, a staged condensation configuration may be utilized to produce multiple pyrolysis oil streams and to provide heat to the heat transfer media. Thus, the global warming potential of the chemical recycling facility may be optimized and lowered due to the heat integration process and system herein.

    Abstract: A waste plastic oilification reduction system includes: a main condensation process unit including a main condensing section that has a main condensation tank to which decomposition gas in a main pyrolysis process unit is supplied and a cooling section that cools the main condensation tank, and is configured to condense the decomposition gas to produce recycled oil; a sub-pyrolysis process unit having a sub-pyrolysis tank to which a residual gas component remaining in the main condensation tank is supplied and a heating section that heats the sub-pyrolysis tank, and being configured to heat the residual gas component to produce re-decomposition gas; and a sub-condensation process unit including a sub-condensing section that has a sub-condensation tank to which the re-decomposition gas produced by the sub-pyrolysis process unit is supplied and a cooling section that cools the sub-condensation tank, and is configured to condense the re-decomposition gas to produce the recycled oil.
