Stable, solid triamine compositions are disclosed. The pressed, cast, extruded or other solid compositions are suitable for antimicrobial, sanitizing and disinfectant applications. Ready-to-use solutions are obtained by dissolving the solid triamine compositions with water and the methods of use thereof are particularly suitable for cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, rinsing and/or lubricating. Beneficially, the solid triamine compositions are at least partially neutralized, allowing activity of 90% and greater of the biocidal triamine, and provide at least substantially similar or superior performance and micro efficacy to liquid formulations.

The invention relates to a composition containing organotin maleates such as is obtained by reacting a mixture of a low molecular weight alcohol or epoxyalkane and of a high molecular weight alcohol or epoxyalkane with maleic anhydride and by then bringing the mixture thus obtained into contact with a dialkyltin oxide. The invention also relates to poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) composition stabilized and lubricated using the said composition based on organotin maleates and also to the extruded rigid objects formed from the said PVC compositions.

The electrical conductivity at 25° C. of this composition is not less than 200 pS/m, the flash point is not less than 240° C., the pour point is −40° C. or lower and the micro clutch friction coefficient at 140° C. is not less than 0.08. This lubricating oil composition may be used in machines fitted with electronic control apparatus and can impart conductivity so as to inhibit the occurrence of “noise” which is detrimental to electronic control.
