摘要: A method for treating plant based raw material with an enzymatic hydrolysis. The plant based raw material is treated to form lignocellulosic material. The lignocellulosic material or a solid fraction thereof is subjected to the enzymatic hydrolysis. The method includes treating the plant based raw material in at least one treatment stage for forming the lignocellulosic material including over 80% fine solid particles that are fiber-like or indefinable particles smaller than 0.2 mm and the viscosity of the lignocellulosic material is below 18000 mPas at 15% dry matter content. The method further includes subjecting the lignocellulosic material or at least one solid fraction thereof into the enzymatic hydrolysis for forming a lignin based material. The method further includes subjecting the lignin based material into at least one solid-liquid separation stage after the enzymatic hydrolysis and separating a lignin fraction and a soluble carbohydrate containing fraction.

摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provides a method of co-producing erythritol and arabinose by using a xylose mother liquor, wherein an extract and a raffinate are obtained by separating the xylose mother liquor through a first chromatography, the extract is configured to prepare crystallized xylose, the raffinate and the liquid glucose or crystallized glucose are blended and erythritol is produced by using a Yarrowia lipolytica with high osmotolerant and a high conversion rate. erythritol crystals are obtained by centrifugation and crystallization first by using characteristics of low solubility degree and easy crystallization of the erythritol, the arabinose raffinate having a high content of arabinose is obtained by separating a centrifuged erythritol mother liquor through a second chromatography, and arabinose crystals are obtained based on the arabinose raffinate.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of an allulose syrup containing allulose at a product concentration of more than 70 wt.-%, relative to the total weight of the allulose syrup, the process comprising the steps of (a) providing an aqueous solution containing allulose at an educt concentration of at most 70 wt.-%, relative to the total weight of the solution; and (b) evaporating water at a temperature of the solution of less than 60° C. and under reduced pressure thereby increasing the concentration of allulose in the aqueous solution starting from the educt concentration until the product concentration is reached.

摘要: An improved dry grind system and method for producing a sugar stream from grains or similar carbohydrate sources and/or residues, such as for biochemical production. In particular, after saccharification and prior to a sugar conversion process, a sugar/carbohydrate stream is removed from a saccharified stream. The sugar/carbohydrate stream includes a desired Dextrose Equivalent (DE) where DE describes the degree of conversion of starch to dextrose can be produced, with the such sugar stream being available for biochemical production, e.g., alcohol production, or other processes. In addition, the systems and methods also can involve the removal of certain grain components, e.g., corn kernel components, including protein and/or fiber. Sugar stream production occurs on the front end of the system and method.

摘要: The present invention provides a reduced-cost method for producing an acidic xylooligosaccharide, the method including a depolymerization step of depolymerizing a plant-derived raw material and a deacetylation step of adding a base to a solution of the product of the depolymerization step to achieve a pH of 11 or higher. The present invention further provides an acidic xylooligosaccharide having an acetyl group content of 0 to 5.0 mass %. The acidic xylooligosaccharide of the present invention, which has an acetyl group content of 0 to 5.0 mass %, can be used as a starting material in a production method to thereby obtain pentosan polysulfate with a high yield.

摘要: A process for the conversion of a solid material containing hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin, which process comprises the following steps:
(i) hydrolyzing, at a temperature equal to or less than 40° C., preferably equal to or less than 30° C., at least part of the hemicellulose of the solid material by contacting the solid material with a first aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, which first aqueous hydrochloric acid solution has a hydrochloric acid concentration in the range from equal to or more than 15.0 wt. % to less than 40.0 wt. %, based on the weight amount of water and hydrochloric acid in such first aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, yielding a remaining solid material and an aqueous first hydrolysate product solution;
(ii) displacing aqueous solution from the remaining solid material with a non-aqueous displacement fluid;
(iii) hydrolyzing, at a temperature equal to or less than 40° C., preferably equal to or less than 30° C., at least part of the cellulose of the remaining solid material by replacing the non-aqueous displacement fluid with a second aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, which second aqueous hydrochloric acid solution has a hydrochloric acid concentration in the range from equal to or more than 40.0 wt. % to equal to or less than 51.0 wt. %, based on the weight amount of water and hydrochloric acid in such second aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, yielding a residue and an aqueous second hydrolysate product solution
wherein the process is carried out in one or more reactors and wherein the reactor comprises a cylindrical vessel with its axis arranged in an essentially vertical manner, and
wherein said non-aqueous displacement fluid is a non-aqueous, preferably hydrophobic, liquid having a density equal to or less than 1000 kilograms per cubic meter (kg/m3), and
wherein the non-aqueous displacement fluid is supplied to such reactor in a downward fashion.-

摘要: The present document describes a system and a process for the extraction of several products from apple peel. There are several unit operations involved including an ultrafiltration unit, concentration unit, and a three stage counter current separator centrifuge wherein water is used as the solvent. The final products that are extracted from apple peel include pectin, syrup, fibers, as well as soluble and dried retentate fractions.
