摘要: Provided is a continuous hot-dip galvanizing apparatus comprising: a vertical annealing furnace having heating, soaking zone, and cooling zones therein; and a hot-dip galvanizing line downstream of the cooling zone. The heating, soaking, and cooling zones each have, in its upper portion, at least one upper hearth roll and, in its lower portion, at least one lower hearth roll. The soaking zone has a first and second humidified gas supply ports to supply a humidified gas having a dew point of 10° C. to 30° C. to the soaking zone. The first and second humidified gas supply ports are 1.0 m to 5.0 m lower than the center of the lower and upper hearth rolls, respectively, and overlap the steel sheet. The first humidified gas supply port is provided only for an ascending pass and the second humidified gas supply port is provided only for a descending pass.

摘要: Direct flame preheating section for continuous metal strip processing lines, comprising a connecting zone between an active zone provided with burners capable of operating in “no flame” mode and a recuperative zone for preheating the strip by exchange with combustion fumes originating from the active zone, the connecting zone having chambers capable of orienting the flow of fumes such that they flow head-on relative to the strip when exiting the active zone and entering the recuperative zone depending on the direction of flow of the fumes.

A continuous annealing line 100 comprises: a payoff reel 10 configured to uncoil a cold-rolled coil C to feed a cold-rolled steel sheet S; an annealing furnace 20 configured to continuously anneal the cold-rolled steel sheet S and including a heating zone 22, a soaking zone 24, and a cooling zone 26 that are arranged from an upstream side in a sheet passing direction; a downstream line 30 configured to continuously pass the cold-rolled steel sheet S discharged from the annealing furnace 20 therethrough; a tension reel 50 configured to coil the cold-rolled steel sheet S; and a sound wave irradiator 60 configured to irradiate the cold-rolled steel sheet S being passed from the cooling zone 26 to the tension reel 50 with sound waves.

摘要: A method for producing a steel strip containing, in addition to iron as the main component and unavoidable impurities, one or more of the following oxygen-affine elements in wt. %: Al: more than 0.02, Cr: more than 0.1, Mn: more than 1.3 or Si: more than 0.1, where the surface of the steel strip is cleaned, oxidation-treated and annealed. The treated and annealed steel strip is subsequently coated with a hot-dip coat. In order to be less cost-intensive and to achieve uniform, reproducible adhesion conditions for the coat, the steel strip is oxidation-treated prior to the annealing at temperatures below 200° C., where on the surface of the steel strip, with the formation of oxides with iron from the steel strip, an oxide layer is formed, which contains iron oxide and is reduction-treated during the course of the annealing under a reducing atmosphere to achieve a surface consisting substantially of metallic iron.

摘要: A direct flame furnace burner unit for furnaces for the thermo-chemical treatment of steel strips in continuous hot-dip galvanizing plants includes a burner with a combustion head provided with a combustion chamber having an outlet opening of the combustion flame, and a body to which the combustion head is fixed. The body includes a first chamber which is in communication with the combustion chamber, a first lance for the injection of a fuel into the combustion chamber, a mixing chamber provided with at least a first inlet and a second inlet opening which is connectable to a second supply source, at least a second lance for the injection of the mixture into the combustion chamber. The burner is operable in two distinct operating modes, a diffusive flame combustion mode and a premixed flame combustion mode.

摘要: A method of colorizing stainless steel strip involves the continuous surface treatment of stainless steel strip with aqueous suspensions of rare earth oxide nano or micro particles or aqueous rare earth nitrate solutions of nano or micro particles. The surface treatment can be applied by roll coating, spraying or other conventional application techniques. The coated strip is then continuously annealed. The surface treatment can provide a variety of colors. It also improves corrosion resistance of the processed stainless steel strip. Steel strip treated in this manner is suitable for a variety of applications in the building systems, automotive and appliance markets.

摘要: The present invention is a production method of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet including annealing a belt-shaped steel sheet having a Si content of greater than or equal to 0.2% by mass, wherein the annealing is continuously carried out using an annealing furnace having an oxidation heating zone and a reduction heating zone in this order, while the steel sheet is fed using rollers. The annealing includes oxidizing a surface of the steel sheet in the oxidation heating zone at a temperature at which roll pickup does not occur and reducing an iron oxide layer, formed by the oxidizing, in the reduction heating zone before the iron oxide layer reaches an initial roller in the reduction heating zone.

摘要: A high-strength galvanized steel sheet includes a steel sheet having a steel composition having a specific component composition, a steel structure containing martensite and bainite at more than or equal to 70% (including 100%), ferrite at less than 20% (including 0%), and retained austenite at less than 5% (including 0%) in terms of area ratio, the amount of diffusible hydrogen in steel being less than or equal to 0.20 mass ppm; and a galvanizing layer provided on a surface of the steel sheet, having a content amount of Fe of 8 to 15% in mass %, and having an coating weight per one surface of 20 to 120 g/m2, wherein the amount of Mn oxides contained in the galvanizing layer is less than or equal to 0.050 g/m2, and a tensile strength is more than or equal to 1100 MPa and a yield ratio is more than or equal to 0.85.
