    摘要: Systems and methods for the treatment of materials with an alkali metal such as lithium for the manufacturing of batteries and capacitors. In one illustrative embodiment, a liquid lithium composition may be formed by dissolving metallic lithium in a solution that includes a suitable organic agent, a suitable solvent and suitable film forming agent. Each component of the solution may be present in an effective amount to perform its desired function. The lithium may be dissolved into the solution to obtain a lithium to organic agent molar ratio of from 1:1 to 10:1. The liquid lithium composition may then be dispensed onto a suitable substrate material and allowed to remain thereon for a suitable time for a prelithiation reaction to proceed, followed by drying. Dispensing may be performed by spraying the liquid lithium composition and drying may be performed at a relatively low temperature and a reduced pressure.

Methods of inhibiting oxidative electro-chemical corrosion and galvanic corrosion of surfaces of ferrous metal alloys including heating a ferrous metal alloy to produce heated and oil fee surfaces of the alloy, immersing the alloy in an electron rich and hydrogen rich water based treatment agent, and contacting the surfaces of the alloy with gas bubbles comprising electrons generated from the treatment agent.

    摘要: A method for fabricating a molding core includes: (a) providing a metal substrate; (b) coating a photo-resist layer on the metal substrate; and (c) exposing and developing the photo-resist layer using a photo-mask having a predetermined pattern to form a photo-resist pattern. The substrate and the photo-resist pattern constitute the molding core. The method does not require an etching step to etch a necessary pattern on the substrate. The photo-resist pattern is used as the pattern of the molding core. Therefore the method is simple, productivity is increased, and costs are reduced.
