摘要: A method for manufacturing a bonded reinforcing textile filamentary element (48) comprising a core and a layer of strands is disclosed. The textile filamentary element in the natural state is assembled. A textile filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded textile filamentary element is obtained. The filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded filamentary element is coated with an external layer of at least one heat-crosslinkable adhesive composition. The filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded filamentary element that is coated with the external layer is thermally treated so as to crosslink the adhesive composition in order to obtain the bonded filamentary element (48). The steps of coating with and of thermally treating the external layer of the filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded filamentary element are carried out such that, for an elongation equal to 30% of the elongation at break of the filamentary element in the natural state, the tangent modulus of the bonded reinforcing textile filamentary element (48) is increased compared with the tangent modulus of the filamentary element in the natural state.

摘要: According to the present disclosure, there is disclosed a hybrid tire cord capable of realizing high performance and weight reduction of a tire by having strong adhesion to rubber and excellent fatigue resistance as well as high tenacity and high modulus by providing a cabled yarn in which an aramid hybrid Z-twisted yarn, composed of an aramid multifilament yarn and an aramid spun yarn, and a general-purpose Z-twisted yarn are S-twisted together. There is also provided a method for manufacturing the same.

The twist factor K of the hoop reinforcing element (44) ranges from 5.5 to 6.5. The tire (10) is obtained by a method comprising a step of manufacturing the hooping ply (19), in which the bonded reinforcing elements (44) are embedded in a polymer composition in order to form the uncured hooping ply, the equivalent initial tensile modulus of the uncured hooping ply ranging from 330 to 620 cN/tex/dm.

The steel cord comprises a core strand and at least three outer strands twisted around the core strand, the core strand comprises at least one first core filament and multiple first outer filaments twisted around the first core filament, each outer strand comprises a number of second filaments, at least one of multiple first outer filaments is preformed prior to being twisted into the core strand, and at least one of second steel filaments is straight prior to being twisted to form each outer strand. The steel cord has improved performance on core filament migration.

摘要: The invention relates to a hybrid cord for use as a reinforcement in a belt bandage of a pneumatic vehicle tire, consisting of at least two threads with ends which are twisted together. At least one first thread is a high-modulus thread with a specified thread fineness, and another thread is a low-modulus thread, said other low-modulus thread having a lower thread fineness than the first thread. The invention is characterized in that the proportion of the high-modulus thread in the hybrid cord is 80-95 wt. %; the difference between the thread fineness of the high-modulus thread and the thread fineness of the other low-modulus thread is >800 dtex; and the elongation at break of the high-modulus thread ranges from 1%-8%, and the elongation at break of the low-modulus thread ranges from 9%-30%.
