摘要: Provided is an air bag base cloth constituted by a composite material obtained by coating fabric made of synthetic fibers with a synthetic resin. The average value of the 100% modulus in the warp direction of the fabric texture included in the composite material and the 100% modulus in the weft direction of the fabric texture included in the composite material is 50 N/cm or less. The 100% elongation recovery rate is 95% or more. The 100% elongation load air permeability is 0.1 L/cm2·min or less both before and after thermal treatment at 100° C.

摘要: A touch-fastening anti-skidding material includes a knitted foundation layer and a plurality of synthetic yarns that is secured together by being collectively knitted in the foundation layer. The foundation layer is formed by knitting of pliable base yarns and synthetic yarns. The synthetic yarns are knitted in U-shaped loops and the base yarns are knitted between adjacent strands of the knitted synthetic yarns to make a large area cloth. The cloth may be in a planar form without hollow opening sections or it includes open sections to facilitate air permeability. The loops of the synthetic yarns have legs extending beyond the foundation layer by a predetermined length and the synthetic yarns show rigidity strength, whereby a flexible, resilient, light-weighted, and low-cost touch-fastening anti-skidding material is formed.

摘要: A circular knit tubing adapted for making a wearable article has a first knitted single layer tubular portion and a second knitted single layer tubular portion separated by a junction portion. The second tubular portion is folded over the first tubular portion at a fold line in the junction portion. The first and second tubular portions are then joined together, whereby the junction portion forms a band or welt. After the band is formed, the second tubular portion is folded back to cover the band. The wearable article may be a shirt having single layer top and bottom portions with a central double welt portion for physical contact around the wearer's chest or torso. The junction portion forming the band or welt preferably is integrally knitted with the first and second tubular portions. The band or welt defines a central opening to receive an electronic or electrical device or other component.

摘要: The invention relates to a knitting device for making a double-sided textile comprising two outer laps (1,2) that are knitted and joined to one another by means of a ground yarn (4). This device comprises two groups of needles (6) that move in translation on a respective needle bed (5) following a continuous rectilinear trajectory in a respective plane (P1, P2). The positions of the hook (7) of a needle (6) of at least one group respectively between its knitting station and its bonding station are situation on both sides of the intersecting straight line (D) between said two planes (P1, P2). In addition, the lift of the needle (6) between its knitting removal station is less than the lift of the needle (6) between its removal station and its bonding station.
