摘要: The invention addresses the problem of providing a flap-equipped knitted fabric including a flap part, which is configured such that the flap part moves when wet, allowing for changes in the air permeability or appearance of the flap-equipped knitted fabric, and also a textile product. As a means for resolution, for example, in a flap-equipped knitted fabric including a ground structure part and a flap part, the flap part is pouch-shaped, and the flap part contains a conjugate fiber obtained by joining a polyester component and a polyamide component in a side-by-side manner or an eccentric sheath-core manner, thereby making the flap part movable upon wetting.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to structures and methods of use of textiles for protection, and more particularly. relates to single layer knitted structures that can be worn as garments to block mosquito bites. The knit structures of the present embodiments can include single layer structures having a unique geometric combination of yarn properties and textiles to block mosquito bites in a single. comfortable layer of fabric. The knit structures can include one or more controllable parameters that can be adjusted to increase and/or decrease the bite blocking ability of the knit structure.

摘要: Disclosed herein are implementations of a weighted fabric and a method of construction thereof. The method for constructing the weighted fabric includes loading a first yarn on a cylinder of a double-knit circular knit machine. The method includes loading the first yarn on a dial of the double-knit circular knit machine. The method includes loading a second yarn on the dial of the double-knit circular knit machine. The method includes knitting the first yarn and the second yarn to construct the weighted fabric. The first yarn may be knitted at a first feed rate. The second yarn may be knitted at a second feed rate. The first feed rate may be greater than the second feed rate. The method may include dyeing the weighted fabric. The method may include framing the weighted fabric.

摘要: A yarn or thread may include a plurality of substantially aligned filaments, with at least ninety-five percent of a material of the filaments being a thermoplastic polymer material. Various woven textiles and knitted textiles may be formed from the yarn or thread. The woven textiles or knitted textiles may be thermal bonded to other elements to form seams. A strand that is at least partially formed from a thermoplastic polymer material may extend through the seam, and the strand may be thermal bonded at the seam. The woven textiles or knitted textiles may be shaped or molded, incorporated into products, and recycled to form other products.

摘要: A spike resistant package containing a pouch, a first grouping of spike resistant textile layers, and a slip layer. The first grouping of spike resistant textile layers contains a plurality of spike resistant textile layers, where each spike resistant textile layer contains a plurality of interwoven yarns or fibers having a tenacity of about 14 or more grams per denier. The slip layer is a woven or knit fabric containing a main portion and a first pile portion on the upper surface of the main portion. The slip layer contains a plurality of yarns knitted or woven together and a plurality of holes between the yarns. The holes of the slip layer have an average max hole size of less than about 2 mm. The yarns and fibers in the pile portion are in loops or strands extending outward from the main portion of the slip layer.

摘要: A knitted bag made by a fly-knit technique is provided in which the knitted bag includes a main body formed by a main body sheet substrate knitted at one time by a fly-knit loom. Moreover, the main body sheet substrate is constructed to be directly sewed into a predetermined shape of the bag after a process of hand stitching and bending. The main body sheet substrate has a multi-layer sheet structure, and the number of layers of fabric of the main body sheet substrate in at least a portion of bent regions is smaller than the number of layers of fabric in other regions.

摘要: A cloth for mattress including a knitted fabric that is knitted from blended yarns contains flame retardant rayon fibers, modacrylic fibers, polyimide fibers, and low-melting polyester fibers. The cloth for mattress can be obtained by producing blended yarns containing the flame retardant rayon fibers, the modacrylic fibers, the polyimide fibers, and the low-melting polyester fibers, and producing a knitted fabric by knitting the blended yarns. The cloth for mattress has excellent flame retardancy, ensures easy handling when used to cover a mattress, is resistant to pilling without reducing the strength of the blended yarns, and is also safe for contact with the human body.
