摘要: A thin film may include a high toughness and a high air permeability, e.g., when applied to skin, and may be used as a functional member or an electronic functional member. The thin film may include fibers, which may be formed into a net shape constituting a fibrous net, and a coating film, which may be formed on the surfaces of the fibers and in gaps between the fibers. The fibers may be formed by an electrospinning method. The fibers may be formed by using any of a polyurethane, a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) derivative, and a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as a material. The coating film may be formed by using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as a material. A conductive film, which may be formed on a part of all of the coating film, may also be provided.

摘要: An adhesive wiping cloth is provided. The adhesive wiping cloth mainly includes a cloth layer and an oily vinyl acetate copolymer resin-based adhesive layer. The oily vinyl acetate copolymer resin-based adhesive layer is an adhesive layer formed on a surface of the cloth layer, and oily vinyl acetate copolymer resin is infiltrated into fibers of the cloth layer. Dirt such as dust and particles attached on a surface of an object can be removed easily by the oily vinyl acetate copolymer resin-based adhesive layer with adhesiveness without causing scratches or damage to the surface of the object.

摘要: A preparation method for artificial leather, includes applying a weaving process. The weaving includes adopting at least two groups of warp or weft yarns, and weaving each group of yarns into a monolayer structure to form at least two monolayer structures. Each of the monolayer structures is woven with some of the warp and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp and/or weft yarns in another layer to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other by the weaving process, thereby forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The method includes bonding the base fabric and a resin layer together to form an artificial leather; and punching holes multiple air vent holes in the leather distributed in the resin layer and base fabric in the thickness direction.

摘要: A radiative cooling fabric comprises a flexible substrate layer and a functional layer stacked in order. The first functional layer comprises a first functional resin and a first functional filler dispersed in the first functional resin. A mass fraction of the first functional filler in the first functional layer is in a range of 1% to 20%. An emissivity of the radiative cooling fabrics in the wavelength of 7 μm to 14 μm is not less than 80%. A reflectivity of the radiative cooling fabrics in the wavelength of 300 nm to 2500 nm is not less than 80%. An average value of warp recovery angles of the radiative cooling fabrics is greater than or equal to 95°, and an average value of the weft recovery angles of the radiative cooling fabrics is greater than or equal to 91°.

A composition can include IR reflective and/or IR transmissive non-white pigments and can be formed with suitable viscosity so as to successfully coat substrates, e.g., yarns, suitable for use in forming coverings for architectural openings, e.g., window coverings. 摘要: Vapor-permeable, substantially water-impermeable, corrosion-inhibiting composites are disclosed herein. For instance, disclosed herein are composites comprising a first layer comprising a first nonwoven; and a second layer adjacent to and mechanically integrated with the first layer, the second layer comprising a polymer having a melt flow index of about 10 g/10 mins to about 200 g/10 mins, and a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the composite has a moisture vapor transmission rate of from about 25 g/m2/day to about 1000 g/m2/day when measured at about 23° C. and about 50% relative humidity. Also disclosed herein are methods of making and using the same.
