摘要: A vacuum and container assembly is provided for collecting and disposing of dog poop. The vacuum includes a housing with an inlet tube or nozzle. The container assembly includes an outer sleeve and an inner flexible, air permeable bag. The sleeve is open at the rear end so as to fit over the vacuum nozzle, with the bag residing in the nozzle. The front end of the container assembly is temporary closed by flexible fingers. When the vacuum is turned on, the dog poop is suctioned past the fingers into the bag, without touching the vacuum housing or nozzle. The container assembly can then be removed from the nozzle and deposited in a waste receptacle for disposal.

A power increase assist feature is available through a throttle (e.g., pedal) that provides an increased power output of the vehicle engine for a momentary or transient period of time. The additive engine speed may be calculated based on a detected position of the throttle or determined from a lookup table based on the user-selected engine speed. Related methods are also described.

摘要: A blower unit for a portable handheld blower apparatus has a housing section and a tubular receiving space, formed in the housing section, with a first axial end and a second axial end and with a longitudinal center axis. Arranged in the receiving space of the housing section is an axial blower for generating a blower air flow, the axial blower being driven by a drive motor. The receiving space has an intake opening at its first axial end and a discharge opening at its second axial end. In order to reduce operating noise, an air guide plate is arranged at an axial distance in front of the intake opening, the air guide plate having external dimensions that are greater than the external dimensions of the intake opening. An annular gap that supplies intake air is formed between the air guide plate and an outer periphery of the housing section.

摘要: A roadway or pavement sweeper with multiple sweeping modes for the removal of debris from a swept surface may, in some embodiments, include a sweeper vehicle having a pair of side-brooms independently movable between a retracted and extended position for sweeping debris into an area therebetween and at least one material-transfer broom to sweep a portion of the debris accumulated between the side-brooms as the vehicle moves in its direction of travel. A fan-driven suction-inlet may be provided at or adjacent each side of the vehicle. The at least one material-transfer broom may rotate in a first or other direction to transfer debris for entrainment into a selected suction-inlet for transfer to a debris hopper. Other embodiments are also described.

摘要: A hydraulic driving device of a suction car includes a HST circuit, a suction actuator, a supply channel and a switching valve. In the HST circuit, a first connection channel and a second connection channel connect between a traveling drive pump and a traveling motor in a closed circuit. The suction actuator suction drives a suction device by being actuated by a hydraulic pressure. The switching valve allows oil discharged from the traveling drive pump to the first connection channel to be supplied to the traveling motor in a first operation state. The switching valve allows oil discharged from the traveling drive pump to the first connection channel to flow into the supply channel and be supplied to the suction actuator in a second operation state.

摘要: The invention proposes a single-engine, truck-mounted sweeper machine that incorporates systems and devices for an improved power pack mounting mechanism. A propeller shaft mounted at the side of the engine is used to take power from a driven pulley. At the rear end of the propeller shaft a suitable capacity power pack driving the sweeping system is attached. A clutch is introduced between the engine-driven pulley and the power pack, which may be coupled or decoupled as required instead of driving the power pack all the time. The power pack may be activated or deactivated for better component life and to conserve energy. In place of hydraulic pump an electric generator may be substituted. The overall advantage of the invention is that higher power could be provided for effective sweeping function in truck-mounted sweepers, without change in engine capacity or environmental concerns such as emissions.

摘要: A mobile vehicle mounted dry filtration system to support a grinder system used for removal of markings, creating rumble strips, or the like. Blowers create a vacuum for drawing debris and dust from the grinder system into a debris bin. Large debris is removed from the vacuum draw and remains in the bin for later disposal. Small particles and dust are drawn into parallel positioned filter cyclones that have a cyclonic separation followed by flexible and inexpensive bag filters. The flexible filters are cleaned using vibrating diaphragms mounted on the top of the filter cyclones subject to a reverse air flow by the blowers using slide valves. A polishing tank containing water receives the exhaust from the filter cyclones for removal of airborne particles and sound suppression.

摘要: A fan with airfoil blades is provided for a regenerative air vacuum street sweeper. The blades are formed using cut and pressed upper and lower panels which are welded at a forward edge to a rod to form the airfoil leading edge and welded at the rear edges to form the airfoil trailing edge. Pins extend laterally outwardly from the rod for mounting each blade in corresponding holes in the front and rear plates of the fan housing. The side edges of the blade are welded to the plates at a 9-11° angle of attack. The airfoil blades allow for reduced size, horse power, noise, and manufacturing and shipping costs.
