Abstract: A drain device for a screen enclosure having deck sill track portions, where two adjacent deck sill track portions form a pair of deck sill track portions. The device includes a U-shaped body having a first side, a second side, and a top surface extending between the first side and the second side. The body includes a screen attaching side and an opening that forms a drain port under the top surface and between the first side and the second side. The device includes concealed fasteners that couple the U-shaped body between and to the pair of deck sill track portions and so that the top surface of the U-shaped body is flush with a top surface of each deck sill track portion of the pair of deck sill track portions. A screen enclosure system is provided that includes multiple drain devices.

Abstract: Described herein are building panels and surface covering systems useful for spaces requiring acoustic control and design flexibility, and methods to prepare the same. Such building panels and surface covering systems comprise an acoustic building panel having a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending there-between, the acoustic building panel comprising a body having an upper surface opposite a lower surface and side surfaces extending there-between; a fleece having a first side and a second side; wherein the first side of the fleece is in contact with the upper surface of the body; wherein the body and fleece are laminated; and wherein the fleece has a resistivity of about 826,100 to about 1,090,900 Pa*s/m2. In certain embodiments, building panels and surface covering systems have superior fire resistant qualities.

The present invention mounts two adjacent decking bodies on the same joist only by adjusting the angle of a snap-in member, which is simple and easy to operate and effectively improves the efficiency of installation and disassembly of decking bodies.

Abstract: A method of using a hanger for supporting a load from an underside of a metal decking is described. The metal decking has a trough with a first groove opposing a second groove, and the hanger includes a flexible body which has an unflexed length that is greater than the groove spacing and is adapted to accept a load from a rod, cable, or wire. The method includes inserting the load support assembly through the aperture; contacting the first end of the body with the first groove of the metal decking; flexing the body to decrease the distance between the first end and the second end to a distance equal to or less than the groove spacing; and contacting the second end of the flexible body with the second groove of the metal decking. The body supports the load support assembly between the first groove and the second groove, and such that the load support assembly is movable relative to the flexible body.

Abstract: One variation of a panelized structural building system includes, a set of wall panels, each including: an outer face; a set of hardpoints, each arranged proximal a corner of the outer face, defining a lateral wall panel datum facing outwardly from a side of the wall panel, and defining an exterior façade mount facing outwardly from the outer face; and a load-bearing structure extending between the set of hardpoints and inset from a maximal wall panel perimeter defined by the set of hardpoints; wherein the set of wall panels are assemblable into a wall with lateral wall panel datums—defined by hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—abutting to laterally space the set of wall panels along the wall. The system also includes a set of exterior façade panels configured to install onto exterior façade mounts—defined hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—to conceal outer faces of these wall panels.
