摘要： A monolithic concrete modular connecting panel system for walls and roofs includes a foundation for a building, wall panels vertically aligned on the foundation and secured to the foundation to form a perimeter of the building. The system includes a plurality of roof panels secured to a top edge of the wall panels and spanning across the perimeter of the building. A plurality of crisscrossing rebar rods and wire mesh within the wall panels and roof panels are connected together with rebar rods of the foundation to form a steel cage for the building. Each wall and roof panel includes a metal frame, and a concrete board that divides the metal frames into an inner section and an outer section. In addition, the system includes concrete sprayed on the outer sections of the wall panels and sprayed or poured on the roof panels to form a monolithic concrete structure.

The product also comprises an elongate anchor member having an enlarged portion and an elongate portion, the elongate portion having a first end and an opposite second end, wherein the enlarged portion is disposed adjacent the first end and contacts the second primary surface of the first insulating panel insert and wherein the elongate portion extends through the first insulating panel insert and extends outwardly from the first primary surface of the first insulating panel insert. A method of using a removable insulated concrete form system is also disclosed.

摘要： A building block and a set of modular building elements is intended for construction of foundational and wall structures. The building block comprises a plurality of outer walls, a cavity, at least one inner wall, and at least two connecting elements. The outer walls are arranged in an n-gon shape surrounding the cavity and the cavity is open on both lower and upper sides. The cavity is divided by the inner wall into at least two parts. At least one part is adapted for the insertion of an insulating insert. Each connecting element is adapted for insertion into the cavity. The first connecting element is intended for insertion into the cavity of a different one of two neighbouring building blocks of a different row than the second connecting element. Each connecting element is attached to a wall of the building block and offset from that wall in a direction towards the inside of the cavity. Each connecting element comprises a wall of the connecting element protruding from a respective wall of the building block. The wall of the connecting element comprises a free end and side edges. The side edges approach each other from a place of attachment to the wall towards the free end. An insulating layer at least partially surrounds a part of the cavity adapted for the insertion of the insulating insert. The set of modular building elements comprises foundation building blocks comprising the cavity enclosed by the solid bottom and hollow building blocks.

摘要： A prefabricated concrete form with vertical spacers between fill forming cladding with cut-outs in the spacers having horizontal rebar received therethrough and received therein. Stand-offs are provided between the vertical spacers with vertical rebar received on the stand-offs. In one version, the stand-offs are attached to the horizontal rebar. In other versions, the stand-offs are attached to the spacers. A cut-out is formed in one of the claddings to form an auxiliary fill space on the outside of the cladding, which when filled with concrete, upon hardening, forms a ledge for supporting a stair structure.

Vertically-oriented pairs of ICF foam panels of an ICF structure are erected above a footing, with vertical panel supports located along opposed vertical edges of each set of adjacent vertically-oriented panel pairs. An internal brace support, extending longitudinally along the structure, is installed between the individual panels of the panel pairs. Concrete is poured between the erected vertically-oriented ICF foam panels to complete the ICF wall.
