摘要: The present invention relates to a variable friction energy dissipation prefabricated seismic-damping partition wall-frame structure and a construction method therefor. The variable friction energy dissipation prefabricated seismic-damping partition wall-frame structure includes a peripheral frame, prefabricated seismic-damping partition wall panels, rubber pads, a friction seismic-damping layer, horizontal force transfer members and a steel angle restraining members. The sliding friction of the partition wall can be significantly improved with increase of an inter-story drift, so that the partition wall has a larger hysteretic area and a higher energy dissipation capacity and can provide the structure with a relatively high additional damping ratio, so as to alleviate a seismic action. In addition, integral damage control of the partition wall can be better achieved, and the energy dissipation capacity of the partition wall under bidirectional seismic actions can be guaranteed.

摘要: Disclosed is an insulating panel for construction with improved adhesion, lightweight and self-supporting, which can be used as a constructive and protective element of walls, infill walls, floors, and subfloors in damp environments, such as bathrooms and saunas, being suitable for supporting the laying of tiles directly applied on it and with a high resistance to tearing. 摘要: A building panel is provided. The building panel includes an exterior wall portion, an interior wall portion, a pair of opposing sidewalls, a first end portion and an opposite second end portion. The pair of opposing sidewalls spacing apart the interior wall portion from the exterior wall portion to define a cavity therebetween. The slip lock slot of the building panel is configured to receive the slip lock tab member of a second building panel to adjoin the first and second building panels in a continuous fashion.

摘要: A composite structure joining system and method comprises a structural panel, preferably but not necessarily fabricated from structural composite materials, that further comprises a nesting C-joint feature that facilitates assembly of a plurality of panels of the invention to form a planar structure such as a wall. An embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of the panels of the invention, joined together using the C joint of the invention, captured in a frame. The frame structural elements may comprise metals such as aluminum or steel, or may be hand laid or extruded fiberglass as described in more detail below. The invention further comprises methods of manufacturing a plurality of structural panels of the invention. The method of the invention may be used to fabricate intermodal shipping containers that have superior structural and thermal characteristics, are lightweight, resulting in lower transportation costs and lower container costs.

摘要: This invention relates to prefabricated, lightweight, multi-component structural modular building panels and modular building systems. The said panels are framed with edge members that have a unique connecting shape, making them modular. The multi-component panel allows for design flexibility and the mass manufacturing of its components. Connectors serve as a link to assemble the panels together, and to connect them to corners, floors or foundations, roof panels and the roof apex member, and or other conventional construction elements. Connectors and members, all with unique connecting shapes, coupled with the said panels, create a structural wall, roof, similar structure or building system. Assembled panels and members incorporate the primary building structure and the building envelope. The assembled panels, members and other components of the building system, in part or whole, can be flat packed for easy transport and shipping, and can be assembled quickly and easily with semi-skilled labor.
