摘要: An insulated modular brick system is provided that has the aesthetic qualities of a traditional brick system, that is cost effective, that has insulating characteristics, and that requires less labor to install than traditional brick systems and the aforementioned thin brick or brick veneer alternatives. The system comprises one or more insulated modular brick panels designed to be installed on a substrate of a building structure. The panel comprises an insulating foam core having a preselected thickness, an encapsulating material encapsulating the insulating foam core on at least first, second and third sides of the insulating foam core, and a plurality of thin bricks partially embedded in at least a front face of the encapsulating material at preselected locations.

摘要: Disclosed is an insulating panel for construction with improved adhesion, lightweight and self-supporting, which can be used as a constructive and protective element of walls, infill walls, floors, and subfloors in damp environments, such as bathrooms and saunas, being suitable for supporting the laying of tiles directly applied on it and with a high resistance to tearing. It is made up of a central layer in an insulating foamed and damp-resistant material, such as XPS or EPS polystyrene or expanded polyurethane, and of a particular coating with high resistance to the passage of vapour and without cement, which is joined to said central layer on both outer faces forming a symmetrical sandwich structure, wherein at least the coating on the front side has the external surface scratched so as to optimize the grab to common glues or cement mortars for ceramic tiles.

摘要: A building panel is provided. The building panel includes an exterior wall portion, an interior wall portion, a pair of opposing sidewalls, a first end portion and an opposite second end portion. The pair of opposing sidewalls spacing apart the interior wall portion from the exterior wall portion to define a cavity therebetween. The exterior wall portion, the interior wall portion and the pair of opposing sidewalls are arcuate in shape to define the building panel. The first end portion has a slip lock slot extending between the pair of opposing sidewalls. The second end portion has a slip lock tab member extending between the pair of opposing sidewalls. The slip lock slot of the building panel is configured to receive the slip lock tab member of a second building panel to adjoin the first and second building panels in a continuous fashion.

摘要: This invention relates to prefabricated, lightweight, multi-component structural modular building panels and modular building systems. The said panels are framed with edge members that have a unique connecting shape, making them modular. The multi-component panel allows for design flexibility and the mass manufacturing of its components. Connectors serve as a link to assemble the panels together, and to connect them to corners, floors or foundations, roof panels and the roof apex member, and or other conventional construction elements. Connectors and members, all with unique connecting shapes, coupled with the said panels, create a structural wall, roof, similar structure or building system. Assembled panels and members incorporate the primary building structure and the building envelope. The assembled panels, members and other components of the building system, in part or whole, can be flat packed for easy transport and shipping, and can be assembled quickly and easily with semi-skilled labor.
