摘要: Disclosed is a prefabricated laminated slab made in accordance with a pretensioning fibermesh anti-cracking process and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fabricated structure engineering. The prefabricated laminated slab comprises a concrete layer, fiber grids, distribution bars and truss bars. The fiber grids are subjected to prestress tensioning and pouring to form a novel laminated slab with the pretensioning process, an overall pouring process of layered formworks is adopted, the construction problem during prestress tensioning of the fiber grids of the component can be effectively solved, the crack resistance of the laminated slab can be improved by adopting the prestress grids, the rigidity is increased, and the crack width under normal use conditions is reduced.

摘要: A method of constructing a reinforced concrete floor structure or wall structure, including: fabricating a precast panel substantially from concrete including a first set of parallel conduits extending through the panel, wherein the conduits open to opposite sides of the panel; moving the panel into its final position on a building site; and inserting tensioning cables through the conduits and tensioning the precast panel in the direction of the conduits to form a reinforced floor structure or wall structure, and a dowel connecting system for joining adjacent precast building panels, the system comprising elongated hollow dowel members cast in at the edges of two or more precast building panels such that when the building panels are positioned adjacent to each other their respective dowel members are co-linearly aligned; and a dowel piece to be inserted into a recess of the co-linearly aligned dowel members and to extend across the building panels, wherein the recess of the dowel members is adapted to be filled with grout to anchor the dowel piece therein and thereby structurally joining adjacent building panels.

Methods include applying a fiber-reinforced coating to a surface of a mat to form a coated mat and drying the coated mat to cure the fiber-reinforced coating. Some methods also include combining the mat with a panel material to form a mat-faced panel.

摘要: A method of construction of composite wall module system in which a first wall module and a second wall module are coupled to the first wall module by a vertical joint. The vertical joint is comprised of plurality of anchors and reinforcement bars as well as steel side plates allowing composite wall steel faceplates to be discontinuous across the vertical joint. The faceplates of the first and second modules are not made continuous across the vertical joint through continuous welding. The vertical wall joint further includes fill disposed between faceplates and side plates adjacent to anchors and reinforcement bars.
