摘要: At least on or near one of its edges a plastic floor includes a chamfer formed during a rolling press and plate press forming process. During the rolling press and plate press forming process of the plastic floor, a chamfer is formed at the periphery on the front surface of the plastic floor. The wear-resistant layer and color film layer at the chamfer are not damaged. When splicing, the chamfers on the two pieces of plastic floor are connected to each other to form a joint seam, and there is no need to cut chamfers at the edge of the floor before grooving, thereby reducing the production process, and improving the appearance of the joint seam.

摘要: The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring and a preparation method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of films for floor. The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring, which is prepared from components including, in parts by mass, 100 parts of PVC, 300-380 parts of calcium carbonate, 7-12 parts of a stabilizer, 2-8 parts of processing aid ACR, 12-16 parts of a foaming regulator, 0.1-0.5 parts of a foaming agent, 2-4 parts of G60 lubricant, and 2-4 parts of PE wax. In the disclosure, the density of the PVC plastics flooring is reduced to 1.4-1.6 g/cm3 even increasing the amount of calcium carbon, thereby greatly reducing the production cost and improving the economic efficiency.

摘要: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a method of producing a rigid board plastic flooring. The method includes extruding a bottom layer without adding a plasticizer, overlapping sequentially a back embossment board, the bottom layer, a first connecting layer, a decoration layer, and a wear layer to form a sandwich, hot pressing the sandwich with temperature and pressure and applying a UV treatment to a top surface of the sandwich after hot pressing the sandwich. The method continues by annealing the sandwich after applying the UV treatment, cooling the sandwich to ambient temperature, and cutting the sandwich to size.

The tile alternative material may be manufactured by providing a substrate that defines a first surface, and a second surface opposite the first surface. The second surface is configured to be secure, via an adhesive or otherwise, to a support surface. The method further includes coating an exterior layer on the first surface of the substrate, and forming a pattern element in the first surface of the substrate. Forming the pattern element includes removing material from the substrate and the coated exterior layer of the first surface to form one or more recessed portions.

摘要: A preparation method of a loose lay plastic floor includes the following steps: (a) subjecting a wear layer, a printing layer, a semi-rigid PVC layer, a core layer and an adsorption layer to hot-melt compounding and shaping to obtain a composite board; (b) coating one or more layers of UV coating on a surface of the wear layer of the composite board; and (c) subjecting the composite board coated with the UV coating to tempering, conditioning and punching to obtain a loose lay plastic floor. The core layer is a stone plastic core (SPC), a wood plastic core (WPC), a high density fiberboard (HDF), or a medium density fiberboard (MDF).

摘要: A floor, wall, or ceiling panel and to a method for producing same. The panel has a base made of a wood material and an upper veneer. The base and the veneer are hot-pressed together while incorporating a resin layer. During the pressing process, pores, cracks, and/or gaps in the veneer are filled with resin. In particular, the pressing process is carried out such that the veneer is saturated with resin, and the resin can be seen on the surface of the veneer after the pressing process. The adhesion of the veneer to the base and the smoothing of the veneer are thus carried out in one operation.
