摘要： A door lock system comprising a first rotary configured to control extension and retraction of the deadbolt via a primary cam mechanism; a second rotary control configured to control extension and retraction of the latch; and a link configured to retract the deadbolt in response to operation of the second rotary control when the latch is retracted by the second rotary control. The link is configured to move along a linear path normal to the movement of the deadbolt and the door latch and to contact the primary cam mechanism upon the link movement to affect deadbolt retraction and extension. A lever may be used to retract the latch in response to rotation of the first rotary control in a first rotational direction when the deadbolt is retracted by the first rotary control.

摘要： A door latch system comprises an interchangeable latch assembly for securing a door to a door frame. The interchangeable latch assembly comprises a head and a latch mounted to the head. The latch is moveable between latched and unlatched positions. A driven member is operatively connected to the latch, the driven member moveable to latch or unlatch the latch. The door latch system further comprises a universal actuating assembly removably couple-able to the interchangeable latch assembly. The universal actuating assembly comprises a mounting bracket and a driving member releasably coupled to the driven member. Actuation of the universal actuating assembly translates the driving member and the driven member, moving the latch to the unlatched position. A first interchangeable latch assembly may be swapped with a second interchangeable latch assembly without requiring modification of the universal actuating assembly.

摘要： Disclosed is a Sleeve Stop Lock that is a portable, removable, non-damaging door lock that can be used to secure almost any inward swinging door from the outside. The apparatus consists of three components: a sleeve, a stop, and a lock. The “sleeve” component fits around the edge of a door. It is installed while a door is open. With the door closed, the “stop” makes contact with the door frame once attached to the sleeve thus preventing the door from swinging inward. The “lock” mechanism then securely binds all of the components together. The combination of these three elements (sleeve, stop and lock) prevent potential intruders (including housekeeping) from entering and invading the privacy of an unoccupied room.

摘要： Determining a position of a deadbolt used to lock and unlock a door is disclosed. An electromechanical lock can include a deadbolt that can retract or extend along a linear path as the door is to be locked and unlocked. A sensor such as an accelerometer can rotate along a non-linear path as the deadbolt moves along a linear path. The accelerometer can determine a gravity vector that can be indicative of a position of the accelerometer along the non-linear path. A controller can then determine a position of the deadbolt based on the gravity vector.

摘要： Disclosed are embodiments of a tapered bolt receiver for a door lock to accommodate misalignment, between a deadbolt mounted to a door, and an opposing jamb. The tapered bolt receiver can be configured to accommodate misalignment for a deadbolt having a non-tapered bolt, such as for an electromechanical smart lock having a battery stored within a battery compartment that is integrated with an enhanced bolt. Also disclosed are embodiments of a deadbolt plate pivot assembly that is pivotably mountable to a corresponding deadbolt assembly to define a plate pivot system, to accommodate a beveled door edge. An illustrative embodiment of the deadbolt plate pivot assembly includes opposing plate that captures a hinge assembly, which can include plastic plate hinges, which serve to locate the deadbolt plate pivot assembly with respect to a corresponding bolt housing, and can provide a spring force and/or constant torque when mounted to a beveled door.
