    摘要: A window frame assembly includes a pair of identical half-frames that can be reversed to mate with each other, with glazing trapped between them. The half-frames are unitary plastic moldings. They include respective arrays of securement fittings that include both male and female fittings. The half-frames have a primary mold opening and closing direction. The securement fittings are formed with transversely moving mold inserts that form the interlocking barbed one-way engagement profiles of the securement fittings. The frames include externally facing surfaces that are free of external fastening hardware. The molded half-frames have abutment stops the prevent over-engagement. They also have window bezels that for a flange relative to the external fascia profile. There is a separate internal peripheral wall stem, to which the male and female fittings abut.

    摘要: A bead for releasably securing a glazing unit to a frame member, comprising a body having a first end and a second end, and a resiliently deformable member secured to the body and having a first finger extending from the body to a first end, and a second finger extending from the first finger to a second end. The first end of the body and the first end of the first finger are configured to engage with respective first and second ends of a frame member so as to secure the bead to the frame member. The second end of the body is configured to secure a glazing unit against an opposed seal of the frame member. The body comprises a first material having a first stiffness and the deformable member comprises a second material having a second stiffness less than the first stiffness.

    摘要: The rail assembly may be utilized with one or more panels, such as doors (e.g., glass), railings, etc. In various implementations, a rail assembly may include a housing with a cavity and a channel in the cavity. A cam may be disposed in the channel. The cam may include an elongated portion. One or more locks may be disposed in the channel and contact an outer surface of the cam. When the cam is rotated from the open position, the position of the locks may be adjusted to retain a panel disposed in the rail assembly. When the cam is rotated from the closed position to the open position, the position of the locks may be returned to the initial position and the panel may be moved and/or removed. The use of the cam in the rail assembly may allow adjustments to the position of the panel from an end of the panel and rail assembly.
