摘要： A convertible ramp system facilitates transfer of personnel between spaced elevations. The ramp system includes a deck assembly, a convertible main ramp, and a convertible extension ramp. The convertible main ramp has a proximal end hinged to the deck assembly and a distal end adapted for being mechanically lifted and lowered relative to the deck assembly. Both the main ramp and the extension ramp incorporates an adjustable frame assembly and a series of simultaneously articulating foot treads carried by the frame assembly. The ramps are selectively convertible between a stairway configuration and a substantially flat and continuous runway configuration.

摘要： A stack-fold implement having a central bulk fill hopper assembly is provided. The bulk fill hopper assembly is mounted to the center frame section of the stack-fold implement and does not affect the narrowness of the stack-fold implement when it's in a stacked, transport position. The hopper assembly includes a pair of bulk fill hoppers or tanks supported by cradle that is in turn supported by a pair of wheels. The cradle is removably coupled to the center frame section by a plurality of rigid frame members.

摘要： A ladder assembly is adapted to be mounted on a suitable support, such as a truck or trailer. The ladder assembly includes a ladder mounted on the distal end of a shaft. The shaft is slidably received in a cylinder. A pair of spaced abutment stops are provided on the support, and provide a recess to receive a portion of the ladder when the ladder is in its upright position. A spring urges the shaft and ladder to move toward the support along the axis (x--x) of the cylinder. The ladder is adapted to be moved between an upright position, at which a portion of the ladder is received in the recess between the abutment stops, and an out-of-the-way horizontal position.

摘要： A latch mechanism for attaching accessories such as boarding ladders, ski tow bars and lights to a small boat. A latch plate is secured to the boat and carries a socket having an internal annular rib. A tube projecting from the accessory carries a pair of opposed latch elements each having an enlarged head extending out of the tube. A U-shaped spring wire urges the latch elements apart toward a latching position in which the heads of the elements securely interlock with the rib when the tube is fully inserted in the socket. Cam surfaces on the latch heads interact with the rib to displace the heads so that they can pass the rib as the tube is being inserted. Each latch element has a release button which extends through the side of the tube. When the buttons are depressed, the latch elements are released from the rib to permit the tube to be withdrawn from the socket.

摘要： A loader having an elevated operator's platform mounted behind the cab of a truck. A ladder positioned to the side of the loader enables an operator to climb up to and down from the platform. The ladder includes a first standard fixed to the truck and/or loader, and a second standard carried by the first standard through interconnecting rungs normally spaced from the first standard outwardly of the acceptable travelling width of the truck. The outer standard and interconnecting rungs are pivotally connected to each other and to the inner standard whereby the outer standard can be pivoted upwardly against the inner standard to substantially reduce the width of the ladder to a position within the acceptable travelling width of the truck.
