If the volume of the space 4 which serves as a reservoir of lubricant oil is increased, an accumulation of abraded power in the spherical recess 1C which forms the space can be prevented in a favorable manner.

The inventive thrust bearing structure supports a driving shaft of the compressor, and has a specific correlation between the inner and the outer diameters of a stationary race and a driving race, between the races and a cylinder bore and an outer diameter of the driving shaft. That is, a distance between an inner diameter of the stationary race and an outer diameter of the driving shaft is greater than a distance between an outer diameter of the stationary race and a surface of the center bore.

    摘要: A swash plate compressor includes a cylinder block having therein several cylinder bores and a crank chamber. A drive shaft is rotatably supported in the cylinder block. Each of several pistons is slidably disposed within one of the cylinder bores. A swash plate is disposed in the crank chamber and is tiltably secured to the drive shaft. A bearing couples the swash plate to each of the pistons, so that the pistons are driven in a reciprocating motion within the cylinder bores. Several stepped, chamferred portions are formed in succession on an opening edge of each of the cylinder bores. The structure for the swash plate compressor according to this invention reduce or eliminates damage of the outer surface of pistons without increasing the weight of the swash plate compressor.

    摘要: A hydraulic pump includes a case having a plurality of fluid paths and a cylinder-shaped groove with a shaft-bearing hole. A shaft is inserted into the shaft-bearing hole of the groove such that the shaft is rotated. A cylinder block is disposed in the groove of the case with a plurality of cylinders such that the cylinder block is rotated upon receipt of a rotational power of the shaft. The cylinder block has a barrel-shaped bottom portion surrounding the shaft. A piston is inserted into each of the cylinders such that the piston reciprocates. A swash plate is combined with the case such that the swash plate covers an opening portion of the groove. The swash plate has an inclined side facing the cylinder block. A shoe has a top side, a bottom side and a stepped middle portion. The top side of the shoe is connected to the piston via a connecting member. The bottom side of the shoe contacts the inclined side of the swash plate. An elastic shoe holder is held between the barrel-shaped bottom portion of the cylinder block and the stepped middle portion of the shoe to compress the shoe against the inclined side of the swash plate.

    摘要: A hydraulic rotating axial piston engine having a housing enclosing a rotatable cylinder barrel. The engine has a number of axial cylinders with a number of reciprocating pistons. The pistons reciprocate between two defined end positions, and cooperate with a plate angled relative to a rotational axis of the barrel in order to obtain the reciprocating movement. The cylinders have ports alternatively acting as inlet and outlet ports. The housing has an inlet and an outlet channel, each having a kidney shaped port, facing towards the ports of the cylinders and communicating with a number of the cylinder ports. The housing has two parts, one of the housing parts defines the turning positions of the barrel in the end positions of the pistons. A second housing part defines the turning positions of the kidney shaped ports, relative to the end positions. The first and second parts of the housing are alternatively positionable in two different turning positions in the rotational direction of the cylinder barrel. The two turning positions are two different positions deviating from a relative turning angle of 0° or 180°, so that the kidney shaped ports are displaced a predetermined extent in the rotational direction.
