    摘要: A rotary fluid machine that reduces fluid leakage from a gear pump or gear motor and achieves improvement in responsiveness is provided. The present invention is configured such that force of pressing a side plate toward gears by a seal member provided between the side plate and a case and performing pressure compartment is partly strong, not uniform along the entire length of the seal member. Specifically, for example, a gear pump comprises an assembly including a pair of gears, a side plate sealing a side surface of the gears, and a seal block sealing tooth tips of the gears, a case housing the pump assembly, and a seal member being arranged between the side plate or the seal block and the case and along a notch portion formed in the side plate or the seal block. The seal member is wider at a portion in a position passing through a place with large pressure fluctuations than at other portions.

    摘要: The invention relates to a rotary piston engine (2) which operates as a pump, condenser or motor for a liquid or gaseous medium. The rotary piston engine (2) has a first gear (4) having a first central axis (I), a second gear (6) arranged opposite the first gear (4) and having a second central axis (II), and a drive shaft (8) having a third central axis (III) and a sliding plane (10, 12) fixedly connected to the drive shaft (8). The first central axis (I) and the second central axis (II) enclose an angle (α3) which is not equal to 180°. The third central axis (III) and at least one central axis (I, II) from the group comprising the first central axis (I) and second central axis (II) enclose an angle (α1, α2) which is not equal to 0° or 90°. The sliding plane (10, 12) and the central axis (I, II) are perpendicular to each other. The first gear (4) has a first end face (14) having a first has toothing (16) that h at least one first tooth (18), and the second gear (6) has a second end face (20) having a second toothing (22) that has at least one second tooth (24), wherein a first number of first teeth and a second number of second teeth differ from each other. The first tooth (18) and the second tooth (24) engage with each other in such a way that a working chamber (26) is formed by means of a meshing of the teeth (18, 24). A volume formed by means of the at least one working chamber (26) is changed by the meshing of the teeth (18, 24). The at least one working chamber (26) is delimited by a conically shaped inner wall (30) of a housing (28). The at least one working chamber (26) can be connected to a supply flow (40) and an outlet flow (42) for the medium. According to the invention, a component (4, 6) from the group comprising the first gear (4) and second gear (6) is coupled to the housing (28) such that a rotation of the drive shaft (8) causes only the components (4, 6) to tumble. The respective other components (4, 6) from the group comprising the first gear (4) and second gear (6) is coupled to the sliding plane (10, 12) such that the respective other component (4, 6) rotates and tumbles by means of a rotation of the drive shaft (8).

    摘要: Elliptical or oval shaped gears of a positive displacement gear pump are disclosed. The gears have specially designed teeth at the ends of the gears' major and minor diameter axes. For example the teeth at the ends regions of the major diameter axes include radially extending wipers or vanes that extend and run against the circular gear case bore walls to seal liquid slip paths at radial running clearance areas between the tips of the gear teeth and the case bores. The pump may also have moveable wearplates on one or both sides of the gears that may be loaded laterally to seal liquid slip paths at lateral running clearance areas between the side faces of the gears and the pump faceplate and backplate.

    摘要: In a single screw compressor, gates (51) of gate rotors (50) are to be engaged with spiral grooves (41) of a screw rotor (40). In each spiral groove (41) of the screw rotor (40), an area extending from a start point of the spiral groove (41) to a position in a compression stroke is a suction-side portion (45), and the remaining portion (portion up to a terminal point of the spiral groove (41)) is a discharge-side portion (46). In the discharge-side portion (46), a clearance between a wall surface (42, 43, 44) therein and the gate (51) is substantially “0 (zero).” A clearance between the wall surface (42, 43, 44) in the suction-side portion (45) and the gate (51) is wider than that between the wall surface (42, 43, 44) in the discharge-side portion (46) and the gate (51), and is gradually narrowed from the start point toward the terminal point in the spiral groove (41).
