摘要: Disclosed herein are emission treatment systems, articles, and methods for selectively reducing NOx compounds. The systems include a hydrogen generator, a hydrogen selective catalytic reduction (H2-SCR) article, and one or more of a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and/or a lean NOx trap (LNT) and/or a low temperature NOx adsorber (LTNA). Certain articles may comprise a zone coated substrate and/or a layered coated substrate and/or an intermingled coated substrate of one or more of the H2-SCR and/or DOC and/or LNT and/or LTNA catalytic compositions.

摘要: An internal combustion engine, ICE, system for a vehicle includes an ICE operable on hydrogen; an exhaust gas aftertreatment system, EATS, arranged in an exhaust gas circuit downstream the ICE, said EATS having at least one NOx reduction device and/or a particulate filter, and an exhaust gas water recovery, EWR, system arranged at least partly downstream the EATS in the exhaust gas circuit, said EWR system having at least a primary exhaust cooler and a water separator; a waste heat recovery, WHR, system for providing a rankine cycle, said WHR system being arranged to transport a working fluid, WF, through the primary exhaust cooler of the EWR system; a low temperature coolant circuit in fluid communication with an exhaust condenser of the EWR system; and a water management system arranged to collect water from the EWR system and transport water to at least one combustion chamber of the ICE.

The support pedestal has a flat portion on which the exhaust gas purification device is mounted, and a plurality of legs which protrude downward form the flat portion and are fixed to the cylinder head. The flat portion and the leg portion are formed integrally. Portions between the legs are each formed in an arch-shape.

摘要: An exhaust aftertreatment system for an internal combustion engine includes an outer casing having an exhaust gas inlet and an exhaust gas outlet between which a fluid flow path for exhaust gases is provided, a selective catalytic reduction unit provided in the fluid flow path for reducing nitrogen oxides, a reductant dosing device for adding reductant to the exhaust flow upstream of the selective catalytic reduction unit, and a rotatable mixer device for mixing the reductant with exhaust gases upstream of the selective catalytic reduction unit, an air inlet valve provided upstream of the mixer device for introducing air into the fluid flow path, and an electric motor arranged for rotating the mixer device to create a suction of air into the fluid flow path via the air inlet valve.

摘要: When a temperature increasing process is performed, a CPU sets a target temperature of a catalyst to be lower when a coolant temperature is low than when the coolant temperature is high. The CPU decreases an increase coefficient of fuel in the temperature increasing process when a value obtained by subtracting an estimated value of a temperature of the catalyst from the target temperature is equal to or less than a first prescribed value.

摘要: An exhaust gas treatment assembly for an exhaust gas system of an internal combustion engine includes a housing defining a longitudinal axis. A first exhaust gas treatment unit is inserted in the housing and has a first casing and at least one first exhaust gas treatment unit carried in the first casing. A second exhaust gas treatment unit is inserted in the housing and has a second casing and at least one second exhaust gas treatment unit carried therein. A locking arrangement is for locking a first exhaust gas treatment unit in the housing at least against movement in the direction of the longitudinal axis in a locked state, wherein, when the first exhaust gas treatment unit and the second exhaust gas treatment unit are inserted in the housing, the locking arrangement is blocked in the locked state by the second exhaust gas treatment unit.

摘要: A heating system includes at least one electric heater disposed within a fluid flow system and a control device that is configured to determine a temperature of the at least one electric heater based on a model, at least one fluid flow system input, and at least one heater input. The at least one heater input includes at least one physical characteristic of the heating system, the at least one physical characteristic includes at least one of a resistance wire diameter, a heater insulation thickness, a heater sheath thickness, a conductivity, a specific heat and density of the material of the heater, an emissivity of the heater and the fluid flow pathway, and combinations thereof. The control device is configured to provide power to the at least one electric heater based on the temperature of the at least one electric heater.

摘要: A sampling assembly for an exhaust gas aftertreatment system includes a body layer, an outer bowl, a first sampler, and an inner bowl. The body layer defines a cylindrical passage. The outer bowl is coupled to the body layer. The first sampler extends circumferentially along the body layer to the outer bowl. The first sampler includes a first sampler channel and a first sampler aperture. The first sampler channel is configured to provide exhaust gas into the outer bowl. The first sampler aperture is configured to receive the exhaust gas from the cylindrical passage and provide the exhaust gas into the first sampler channel. The inner bowl is disposed at least partially within the outer bowl and configured to receive the exhaust gas from the outer bowl and provide the exhaust gas into the cylindrical passage.
