    摘要: A dual fuel carburetor includes a carburetor body, a main jet pipe and a float chamber housing to form a float chamber, the needle valve device includes a pushing needle and a needle valve base, the pushing needle is movably inserted in the float chamber housing, and a window is formed at a bottom of the float chamber housing, the needle valve device further includes a sealed corrugated sleeve positioned around the pushing needle, which has a first end hermetically connected with the pushing needle and a second end hermetically connected with the float chamber housing, a driving spring is positioned around the pushing needle, and the pushing needle has a driving end extended out from the float chamber housing and opposite to that end cooperated with the valve base hole. The needle valve device is in a reasonable design to obtain mechanical controls or other automated drive controls.

    摘要: An internal combustion engine has a supply channel supplying combustion air. A throttle element is arranged in the supply channel and the position of the throttle element is adjustable by an operator-controlled element. The engine has a starter device which has an operating position and a starting position. In the starting position, the starter device opens up a defined flow cross section in the supply channel. The starter device locks in the starting position. The locking is released by actuation of the operator-controlled element. To achieve good starting performance of the engine, the engine has an intermediate stop which, upon the first actuation of the operator-controlled element after the release of the locking, is active and prevents the throttle element from opening fully, and which, during the subsequent closing movement of the throttle element, is deactivated such that the throttle element can be opened fully.

    摘要: A two stroke engine comprises a cylinder, in which a combustion chamber bounded by a piston is formed, and an intake passage. A carburetor forms a section of the intake passage, within which a throttle element is mounted pivotably, and at least one main fuel opening and at least one idling fuel opening open into the intake passage, which is divided downstream of the carburetor into an air passage and a mixture passage. The idling fuel opening feeds a secondary passage arranged within the mixture passage. In the idling position, the throttle element may be arranged adjacent to the upstream entry opening in the secondary passage, and the throttle element may have an opening which, in the idling position of the throttle element, is arranged in the region of the entry opening and connects the secondary passage to that region of the intake passage located upstream of the throttle element.

    摘要: A two-stroke engine (1) has a combustion chamber (3) configured in a cylinder (2). The combustion chamber (3) is delimited by a reciprocating piston (5) and drives a crankshaft (7) which is rotatably journalled in a crankcase (4). The two-stroke engine (1) has an outlet (10) out of the combustion chamber (3) and at least one transfer channel (12, 15) which connects the crankcase (4) to the combustion chamber (3) at pregiven piston positions. The transfer channels (12, 15) open with transfer windows (13, 16) into the combustion chamber (3). To obtain a good start and good idle performance and low exhaust-gas values, an ancillary channel (14) is provided which is connected into the combustion chamber (3) at one end (37) and into the transfer channel (15) with the other end (36). During operation, the ancillary channel (14) opens into the combustion chamber (3) during the downward stroke of the piston (5) while the transfer window (16) to the combustion chamber (3) is still closed.

    摘要: A two-stroke engine (1) has a combustion chamber (3) disposed in a cylinder (2). The combustion chamber (3) is delimited by a reciprocating piston (5). The piston (5) drives a crankshaft (7) via a connecting rod (6) and the crankshaft (7) is rotatably journalled in a crankcase (4). The two-stroke engine (1) has an intake channel (8) for the supply of fuel into the crankcase (4), an outlet (13) for exhaust gases from the combustion chamber (3) and an air channel (10) for the supply of substantially fuel-free air. A throttle element (18) is mounted in the air channel (10). At pregiven positions of the piston (5), the crankcase (4) is connected via at least one transfer channel (14) to the combustion chamber (3). In order to prevent air from being drawn by suction into the air channel because of leakages during idle or at low rpm, a fluid connection is provided between the air channel (10) downstream of the throttle element (18) and the crankcase (4) for underpressure compensation which connection is present at least partially for a position of the piston from 90° ahead of bottom dead center to 90° after bottom dead center. A connection between the crankcase (4) and the intake channel (8) can be provided in lieu of, or in addition to, the connection to the air channel (10).

    摘要: A snowmobile is powered by an internal combustion engine. The engine has an exhaust timing control valve, a control unit and a generator. The control unit determines the positioning of the control valve as a function of engine speed. Additionally, the control unit initiates a control valve cleaning cycle when the engine speed first exceeds a first predetermined speed within a predetermined range of engine speeds. The first predetermined speed is desirably an engine speed at which the generator generates sufficient power to render the control unit operable. The control unit retracts the control valve when the engine speed exceeds the upper limit of the predetermined range. Thereafter, the control unit initiates another control valve cleaning cycle when the engine speed decreases below a second predetermined engine speed.

    摘要: A stratified scavenging two-cycle engine, which enables a reduction in size and an improvement in productivity, includes a carburetor (6), which is provided between an air cleaner (7) and a suction fitting (4), wherein a mixture flow passage (6B) and an air flow passage (6A) are formed in the carburetor at least generally in parallel with each other, an air control valve (6a) is disposed in the air flow passage in the carburetor, and a mixture control valve (6b) is disposed in the mixture flow passage in the carburetor so that the carburetor and the valves (6a and 6b) constitute a single unit. The suction fitting (4), which is provided between the carburetor (6) and the closest outer face of the cylinder block (2), is a single piece and contains an air flow passage (4a), which is fluidly connected to the air flow passage (6A) in the carburetor (6) and to scavenging ports (2a) in the cylinder block, and a mixture flow passage (4b), which is fluidly connected to the mixture flow passage (6B) in the carburetor (6) and to a chamber in a crankcase (3).
