A semispherical shoe (4), for a swash plate compressor, to be produced by the production method has a base material (5), consisting of a hard material, which has a hollow part along a central axis thereof and a resin layer, consisting of a resin composition, which is formed on a surface of a planar part, disposed on a periphery of the base member, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with the swash plate and on a surface of a spherical part, disposed on the periphery thereof, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with a piston. A resin-filled portion (8) where the resin composition is filled and an empty portion where the resin composition is not filled are formed in the hollow part of the base material. The resin-filled portion (8) and the resin layer are formed by injecting and filling the resin composition into a portion to be formed as the resin-filled portion (8) with the base material (5) being disposed inside a cavity (22) of the injection molding die.

Abstract: A rotary compressor includes a cylinder, a drive unit, a piston, a vane, and an oil passage. The cylinder includes a suction chamber for suctioning fluid and a compression chamber for compressing fluid. The drive unit rotates a drive shaft by connecting to the cylinder. The piston oscillates in the cylinder by connecting to the drive shaft. The vane extends between the cylinder and the piston so as to separate the suction chamber from the compression chamber, and some parts of the length of the vane are inserted into a slide groove formed in the cylinder. One end of the vane is connected to the coupling groove formed in the piston. The oil passage is disposed between one end of the vane and the rolling piston so as to receive oil therethrough.

Abstract: An axial piston pump, particularly for hydraulic systems, includes a cylinder drum (1) rotationally driven about an axis (15) in a pump housing (7). Piston cylinder units are arranged in the drum in a circle at an offset. Between the swept volumes (19) of the piston cylinder units and a stationary fluid inlet and stationary fluid outlet of the pump housing (7), a control device (23) is arranged that has fluid channels (25, 26) for the targeted transfer of fluid from the fluid inlet into the swept volumes (19) and from the swept volumes (19) to the fluid outlet. At least one pressure compensation channel (28, 30) is provided in the control device (23), between the fluid channels (25, 26), to build or release fluid pressure in the swept volumes (19) in a targeted manner.
